“Pelican’s Landing” is beachfront and a short walk to the Beach Club pool & resort amenities. We have gone to great lengths to appoint our condo with fanciful art, modern amenities and appliances like a new refrigerator, a washer/dryer set & a high-performance a/c unit.

Step into the condo & relax with cable & wifi or step out onto the outside, covered patio and relax while filling your senses with the sights & sounds of the beach. Inside enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & dining area that seats 8 at the table with 2 additional bar stools.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can be enjoyed by 1 or 2 families or couples. Sleeping is a dream on our 2 king size beds. Both mattresses in these rooms are comfortable including a recent addition of a Tuft & Needle mattress in the primary bedroom. Both bathrooms have been upgraded & have a clean, inviting look. One Bathroom offers a shower tub combination, & one is a glass door, walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the Bunkroom offers 2 matching & sturdy bunks with tv/cable.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds.
You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great attractions.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. For questions about the fee or amenities you may contact the Beach Club at

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm & check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach & other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June 1-November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!

The property is wonderful! It's clean, has everything you need, and what you see in the pictures is what you get. This property was so comfortable. Check-in was easy. We loved our stay will definitely be back. The view is also great from the balcony. We've stayed at a few places in Galveston, but this is by far our favorite.

Great location, close enough to beach club but away from noise. Close to the walkway to the beach. VERY clean! Beautiful views. Excellent sized balcony for our party of 6. Bright and well decorated on the inside. WiFi was on point as my husband and I needed to handle some work remotely. We would definitely stay again!

Good little family get-a-way!

This was our 4th trip to Pointe West and we’ve always stayed in different condos. The location of Pelicans Landing was great as we could walk to beach club and beach access easily. The condo was well furnished and adequately roomed our family of 6. Our only complaint was when we arrived there was a mildew smell and noticed a mushroom growing through the wall in the breakfast area. Our final morning there we also noticed the ac leaking in the bunk room and could tell the walls were damp. Overall a nice stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves- may just need to look at moisture in the condo to ensure no mold or mildew.

Family Vacay

Overall our stay was good. We have stayed at Pointe West Resort before and like before it was a nice quiet stay. Very restful and enjoyable. Close to beach access. Only hiccup we had was not being able to access the locker, but once we contacted the manager it was opened up quickly for us. The only other issue we had was we assumed all the rooms had TVs. The guest room with the queen bed did not have one. Thankfully we had tablets with us for the kids to watch. In case anyone wants to know there is a crockpot available for use (not listed on the site) which we made use of for days spent out at the beach.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view. Price excellent, but that probably caused one negative…..25 min. from Galveston. But where we were was very relaxing, and we loved that. Just wish the shopping, restaurants, etc. had been closet. But think the condo is still deserving of 4.5 stars!!!!!!

Quick birthday date with the ol'husband

Very nice condo. Very spacious (especially for 2 people). The balcony and the view was great. The sound of the ocean - better! Nice and close to Houston. No need to travel by plan to South Walton Beach. Peaceful. Will be back!

Great Girls Weekend

Fantastic location for a girls trip! We found the condo clean and well stocked for our stay. Communication ahead of time was clear and gave all of the information we needed before arrival. The wifi worked well for all of our needs and we enjoyed the amenities on site - pool and beach access. We would absolutely return!

Galveston Gem!

My husband and I stayed for his birthday. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. The patio was very spacious and comfortable without being in the direct sun. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend to friends. It was nice to have the BeachClub available which included a nice pool area and bar in walking distance of the property.

Our favorite place to stay at Pointe West

We have been renting at Pointe West since selling our beach home in San Luis subdivision. This has become our new favorite - perfectly decorated, well-stocked and CLEAN! Our grandkids love coming with us for this get-away. Thanks to owners for lovely accomadations.

Hidden Gem!

Totally redone property. It's on the 1st floor which we were hesitant about at first but the view is terrific - unobstructed to the ocean. Great location - you can easily use either walk out. Really nice furniture and well stocked kitchen. This is our new go to property for our beach weekends. We really enjoyed it!
