Beachtime Escape, Time to Reserve for Summer Vacation!

Beachtime Escape! Enjoy sunrises from this 1st floor, beautiful Dawn Condominium with an expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly across from one of Galveston's newest "renourished" beaches, Babe's Beach, this lovely condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 beautifully remodeled full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, tile floors throughout living areas, walk-in closets and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. Lots of natural light flows throughout this corner condo. A private gated patio opens onto additional green space that is available for guest use as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with various kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, small appliances, and cookware. Cooks of all levels will enjoy the opportunity to feed the family at home...or head out to one of the many restaurants located nearby. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.The Dawn condominiums is best known for their two lovely resort pools, while also offering guests a fitness center and clubhouse.

Located nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and attractions. The Historic Downtown Strand District is approximately 10 short minutes from The Dawn. Galveston's numerous beaches are also a short drive east or west. Staying at The Dawn is a great central location for any vacation stay while on the Island!

All vacations that are from 1 to 3 days, will be charged a flat fee of $40.00 (includes Texas sales tax) per stay
All stays that are greater than 3 days (4 days and beyond) will be charged a flat fee of $50.00 (including Texas sales tax) per stay
For our Guests, please go to the Dawn Clubhouse on Seawall Boulevard to pay for your parking. Guests will be given wrist bands for identification purposes. The Dawn asks that you wear the wrist bands when you are out and around the campus. Gate codes are also given to Guests at that time.
Please remember, the Dawn is a closed, gated facility and the wrist bands help management identify Guests that are on our campus by permission of our Owners and Dawn management. If you are not wearing the wrist bands, Dawn personnel have the right to ask if you have them.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Nice family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean and well stocked. The two minor issues I had were addressed quickly and professionally by the management company. We will definitely be back!

Cute place

Everything was great except the dishes. They are very old and need to be replaced. My husband is an executive chef and because the pans were so bad he got a second degree burn on his hand and the bread knife snapped. Otherwise it was great.

The place was amazing!

I love how upstairs you see one side of the island and downstairs the other. The place was very clean, well stocked, nice vibe, and the view was AMAZING! All four of us enjoyed the stayed so much. I don’t think any of us had any complaints. I would definitely return.

Dawn Condo

Good stay at this particular condo. Bottom floor, ocean front view. Can get noisy due to upstairs and next door neighbors but no fault of the property owner or managers. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, second bedroom not so much, old and makes tons of noise. Bathrooms stocked well and some necessities available in case yours were forgotten. Kitchen area very well stocked. Apartment can get warm when keeping it at the required temperature so that made the evenings uncomfortable. A leaking pipe in the bathroom and many cracks in the tile floor in living room were noticed at check in and I sent an email to get those on record. They emailed back promptly and noted it and did say if it causes any problems with the stay they would send a technician, which was not needed although I did appreciate them responding and giving the offer. Second bedroom closet was surprisingly well stocked for beach fun and there were a couple games to play and books available to read. All in all it was a great stay, just a pretty warm night at 70° which is actually not that bad just warmer than what I am used to.

we liked the amenities, the way the property was stocked and the proximity to the beach. we didn't like that the furniture had some stains and the mattresses needed to be replaced. I would stay there again, it was relaxing just slept on the bed sideways so we didn't sink into the middle.

Galveston in October

The property is great and the unit we stayed in was great! Only issue was a check-in. The young woman in the office was extremely rude and disinterested in helping us. We had to find her in the office after twice calling out to see if anyone was there. Management needs to find someone who is train in customer service.

Loved our condo!

We loved the condo. It was located in the perfect place. The only negative was people at the pool were very disruptive and we left and they came to the other pool. That is of course no fault of the property. I will definitely come back!
