This vacation home is situated just a 2-3 minute walk from the sand, putting you steps away from fun and relaxation. Ideal for groups of all sizes, The Zachary House offers a comfortable space with 4 bedrooms for everyone to spread out. Unwind on the front porch, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. Challenge each other to a game in the spacious game room, or enjoy some fresh air in the large yard. The Zachary House provides everything you need for a memorable stay!

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Just a 30 second drive to the Sea Isle beach access parking lot, or 2-3 minute walk.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

Step inside The Zachary House and be greeted by a spacious open concept living area, perfect for relaxing and connecting with your group. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional sofa perfect for movie nights, while a flat screen TV ensures endless entertainment options. The kitchen features a convenient peninsula that provides extra prep space, and a pass-through bar keeps the conversation flowing seamlessly into the dining area.

On the main level, you`ll find two inviting bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat after a day of fun in the sun. One bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a flat screen TV, ideal for unwinding. The other offers a cozy queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or additional guests. Downstairs, the large game room provides a fun space for friendly competition or movie marathons. This versatile room also features a full-size futon, creating an additional sleeping option for larger groups. Adjacent to the game room, you`ll find two more bedrooms, each offering comfortable sleeping arrangements. One bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed.

This game room doesn`t stop at just entertainment – it also provides a perfect spot for casual meals. Bathed in natural light, this space allows you to enjoy delicious meals together while creating lasting memories. And don`t forget about the expansive front porch, complete with comfortable seating, a designated dining area, and a charming bench swing – the perfect spot to soak up the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful Galveston evenings.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
