Bad economy gives you and your family great savings! Owner has reduced the prices on this beautiful custom home. Enjoy stunning views in this beachfront, gulf facing home in the Pointe West community located on West Galveston Island, TX. Winston's Beach House was a private residence until 2024 when the homeowners decided to begin to share their beautiful home as a rental. The home is located close to one of the neighborhoods walkovers to the amazing pristine private beaches in the community. The views from the balconies are breathtaking and sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico are spectacular.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, full laundry, large patios and a charcoal grill with comfortable seating to utilize during your stay.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms each furnished with a queen size bed. One bedroom has a desk with printer to do any office work that may arise while on vacation. There is two full baths shared by these bedrooms. There is also a family room with a full fridge, microwave and bar area. You will have access to two balconies off this level. One faces the Gulf of Mexico, the other faces sunset on West Bay.

The second floor features the primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen combination has access to half bath just off the living area. The wall of sliding doors takes in the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico in the open vaulted ceiling living area. For the cool nights there is a electric fireplace to relax and take in the amazing water view.

Optional Beach Club bands will be invoiced to your family for the stay. They are $25 per guest over four years old to access all amenities. They are valid for the entire duration of the reservation. The fee is charged by the Property Owner Association and give access to either swimming pool, the fitness center, basketball court and game room. Parking passes are also provided with this reservation. We ask that you display on the dash of the car during your stay in our community. The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554 and pick up of the bands/parking permits is located in the front office in this building. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

Great view. Home was fantastic. I have been to Galveston over 30 times in my life and this was the best beach experience. I hope we can come again and bring the whole family next summer.

BEAUTIFUL Home Right on the Beach with EVERYTHING you need and More!

Winston’s Beach Home exceeded every expectation, it's even better than described in the listing! The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some! The location right on the beach with unobstructed views was absolutely breathtaking! The pelicans flying by the back porch, in perfect formation, was fun to watch as we relaxed in the late afternoons.Having access to the Pointe West Club was a huge bonus, we really enjoyed the pools and the restaurant. We ordered dinner to-go one evening, and it was delicious. Definitely make sure to get the wristbands for full access!The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master bathroom had even more luxurious features than I could have imagined. The kitchen is a dream! It’s fully equipped to cook just about anything, lots of dishes, pots and pans, and every utensil and spice you might need. We went in the middle of July 2025 and stayed 3 nights, Thursday-Sunday. 8 of us in total, 6 adults, and 2 four-year-old grandchildren, and we were all very comfortable in the spacious home.This beach home truly has it all and the process to book and check-in were both super easy!Tips: Bring Kites to fly on the beach!We had a fun dinner at the Sandbar Grille with live music and outdoor seating with plenty of fans!

Perfect beachfront house!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. We have stayed in several beach homes in Pointe West and this one probably has the best views! The inside is gorgeous and super clean. The floor plan (3 bedrooms with kitchenette and tv area on first floor, master with full kitchen and family room on second floor) is great for families with kids. Property manager was super detailed, extremely polite and responsive. We will be back!
