New Home with Partial Beach View - 5 min walk to the beach

Cantina 5181 is an amazing new construction home with beach views. Located on the bayside of Sea Isle this home is close to main beach access 5-minute walk and just a short golf cart ride away from the Marina and community pool.
Covered deck includes a high-top table – great place to sit in the morning while listening to the ocean breeze. This home features an open living/dining room and a kitchen that would be any chef's dream. Home boasts modern beach theme décor throughout, Cantina 5181 will be sure to make this your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.
Please note this home is NOT pet friendly.
Ground Level: Large covered concrete area under the house with outdoor shower. Included in this area is a small bar with 8 barstools, 4 Adirondack lounge chairs and 2 hammocks. This area is great for gathering area for playing games, grilling dinner or reading your favorite book. No garage access; Parking for 4 vehicles; Charcoal BBQ grill.
Main Level: Covered deck with table and chairs with ocean view. Open floor plan with large kitchen, living and dining room area. Kitchen includes a large bar area with 3 barstools – great for gathering around for happy hour or preparing dinner. Living room has with a pull-out Murphy Queen size bed, Large dining room table with seating for 6 and is adjacent to the kitchen bar for extra seating. Master Suite has a King size bed, large flat screen TV and attached master suite with large walk-in shower, oversize bathtub and prior toilet closet. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and flat screen TV,. Bedroom three has a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. Shared hallway bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. (This must be purchased and picked up by guests during business hours at the community office. Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) There is also a public park, tennis courts, bait shop, convenience store and two restaurants available.
Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17-mile drive to 61st Street; 20 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Home has Wi-Fi access and cable service. However, service can be unreliable on the West End of Galveston. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for potential outages. We are unable to offer refunds for service interruptions.

Famil vacation for juneteenth weekend

Property was in excellent condition. Proximity to important beach spots were so good. Living room was super spacious and bedrooms were cozy. Loved the patio area, beach toys, kitchen and the huge ground level space as well. Dishwasher and laundry pods could have been kept more in number for use and would have loved to have smart tv in the living room. But those are very minor compared to the vibe and comfort the property offered. Cori was excellent in communication and super responsive. Would definitely recommend this place!!!Thumbs up!!!

Good Home, Good Locale

Our stay was good! House was as advertised. Since it was three adults, having the third bedroom was perfect! The kitchen, eating, and living areas are very large. The kitchen has everything a family needs. We wanted a place to relax and "move in" for an extra long weekend and this was it! And the best thing is it was so close to the beach! It was just what we needed for Labour Day Weekend.

Beautiful home, nice host and great location

The house is in a wonderful location with easy access to both the bay and ocean side of Galveston. This allowed our family to enjoy multiple interests from relaxing on the beach to fishing in the marina. The neighborhood had a brief loss of power the first day but our host was very responsive and it didn’t negatively impact our stay in anyway. It was a clean and beautifully updated house with more than enough space for our family of four. Be sure to bring mosquito spray for outside when enjoying the bay side. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent experience

This property was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk to a beach that was not overcrowded. Very nice neighborhood, very quiet. Great deck to lounge on and plenty of couch space for our whole family to chill out. Water flow was a little weak, but I am nitpicking. Would stay at this property again.
