Beach House with Ocean Views, Just Steps from Sand

Bring the whole family to this spacious house located in Indian Beach. This gem of a beach home is on the second row, with views of the quiet beach from every bedroom! The home has a large open living room/kitchen space, with an additional living area with TV upstairs. There are two decks, each with plenty of patio furniture and an additional sundeck for sunbathing, or just hanging with the family!! The house also has an outdoor shower making it convenient to wash off before heading back in!

● Location: Indian Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: The community beach access point is just a few houses down, a quick walk away!

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 15 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.

The Beachcomber is a mixture of comfortability and good location. Near the beach, you are able to see and hear the ocean waves crashing together as you relax and enjoy the breeze from the ocean. Pulling into the home, you will find enough parking for up to 5 vehicles and climbing the stairs to the front door, you can enjoy the scenic views from surrounding homes to the nearby ocean.

Entering through the door, the kitchen will be directly in front of you. A kitchen island included and fully stocked with basic kitchen essentials to prepare any meal. Nearby, there will be a bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom attached and patio doors to enjoy the view of the water when its time to relax!

Next to the kitchen, will be the living room with decorations to make it known you are in a beach home! Large tv with a huge couch is perfect for a movie night or just to hangout and share laughter amongst each other. With surrounding windows and the patio just a door away, you are able to enjoy the scenic views inside and outside the home!

Going Up the stairs, you will be greeted with another lounging area, with a sleeper sofa and a tv. A day bed in the hallway for sleeping space and 2 full bathrooms.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
