The Fleur de Lis 3 Bedroom accommodates 6 guests comfortably up to 8 guests (extra charge for cleaning and resort fees of $50 per guest per night), but fear not if your group exceeds this limit! You can select our other listing option for this same house, just more space included in the rental and you are still the only guests!

While we appreciate your enthusiasm for gatherings, please be aware that we strictly enforce a no-party policy without exceptions. We understand the allure of hosting special events in a historic property, but such arrangements require prior approval from the owner, along with payment of an additional event fee and revised reservations.

ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility is important to us, and while Fleur de Lis boasts a rich history of over a century, we acknowledge that it may pose challenges for those with mobility issues or toddlers still mastering the art of stairs. Please note that there are 14 stairs leading to the front door, as well as steep backstairs inside leading to the downstairs bar/lounge area.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. For your convenience and peace of mind, all outside doors are equipped with smart locks, ensuring seamless access during your stay. And here's the cherry on top: a custom door code tailored exclusively for you will be provided before you arrive, adding an extra layer of security and personalized hospitality.
Safety is our top priority, which is why we've installed security cameras (outside only) throughout the property. Rest assured, these cameras are strategically positioned to ensure both your protection and ours. You'll find one camera stationed at each front entrance, providing comprehensive views of the parking areas and front gate and fence. Perfect

Wow! We were 4 couples getting together for a Mardi Gras weekend before a cruise, the house and location were perfect. This is a great location for any length of a stay, everything is a short ride or walk away. Even if you just want to stay home, the house is very comfortable and has everything you could need. And you will not find a better host than Sondra!

Sondra goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. She literally supply’s everything you may have forgotten and if she don’t have it, she will do her best to get it for you. I will most definitely rent this house again.
