Here, you'll be a half-mile from the West side of Sea Isle Beach, a few blocks from Dos Vacas Muertas Bird Sanctuary, and less than seven miles from Galveston Island State Park. Conveniently located in The Sea Isle community is The West End Marina and Restaurants, Sea Isle Bait Camp and Marina Grocery. The surrounding area also has several restaurants to choose from, and you'll be a 15-mile drive from even more dining options and attractions in the heart of downtown Galveston.

Beautiful beach house and great location!

I highly recommend this beach house! Any time we come to the Galveston we go down this way to the beach instead of the seawall. This beach house is right across the street from a beach access where the beach isn’t as crowded. We walked to the beach each time we went. Outside property was clean and secure. Inside the house was very nice and clean as well. Exactly like the pictures. Supplied well in case you forgot something. It was very relaxing and will definitely be booking again

Much Needed Relaxation

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I wasn’t expecting it to be so spacious! My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view with easy access to the beach. My only recommendation is to make sure you check the location and how far from the other end of the island it is, most everything is roughly 20 minutes away.I will definitely be coming back again!

Great House!

The house is located right on the busy road so the road noise was loud at times but it was a beautiful house with lots of space and very clean. Just a short distance to the beach. Will stay there again one day.

Beautiful home with Roaches

The home and location were beautiful BUT there were lots of roaches. I went and bought spray on Thanksgiving, but we were uncomfortable and roaches survived. Mgmt sent someone over with combat roach traps and that was all. I can’t believe such a beautiful home was having this problem.

Best Vacation Ever

Could not be more pleased with this place. We got a really great deal last minute. It wasn’t our first choice as it’s a bit out-of-the-way from the seawall but once we arrive, we realize this was the best place we could’ve possibly ever imagined the location is across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean from the deck as you sit and drink your coffee in the morning the furniture was tastefully decorated. They had absolutely every cooking gadget you could think of. We are definitely definitely coming back here next year I think this is gonna be our rental for a lifetime now.

Know Before You Go…

The furnishings, appliances, beach access, beach accessories, and outdoor game area were all nice, helpful, and enjoyable. Keypad to access the property was not working and property management service was polite but not helpful. Due to broken pad we did not get in until 3 hrs after we arrived and late check out was refused despite it. The property manager was aware of it being broken per previous property review on same issue. Know that if you choose this property and have issues, you’ll have to wait a while for a response. It is by a busy highway with a lot of emergency vehicle noise.

Great house!

The house was great. Spacious and clean and within 3 minutes walk to the beach. There were only four of us, but the house could easily accommodate more people comfortably. My only real gripe was the keyless entry access. Upon arrival, the code to access the house didn’t work. After contacting Vacasa I was given another code. And, a third. And, a fourth. Clearly, the issue was with the lock mechanism and not the code. I was finally able to reach a rep with Vacasa. After further frustration and another 45 minutes she was able to get the code for one of two lockboxes on the property and I was able to use a physical key to enter the property. There were two lockboxes located on the property and the code only unlocked one of the boxes in which there was no key. During this process it didn’t help that my intelligence was insulted, as if a college educated adult does understand how to punch numbers on a keypad. Fortunately, I was finally given a code to the second lockbox where the key was located. This took about an hour, which was after a four hour drive to get to the property. The second key was located on a hook just inside the door. I would recommend simplifying this process for future guests. We were on the verge of leaving when the rep called with the correct code. Needless to say this was not the best start to our stay.

Property is nice

The property is very nice especially the gas fireplace. There was leak in the ceiling next to laundry room so I hope it gets repaired before next visitor. The kitchen is easy to work in but needs a few items like serving spoons. Also bedrooms and bathrooms need hooks for robes and coats. You have to place coats on back of chairs or on the floor. These simply items would be so helpful.

Lone Star Rally 2022

My husband and I rented this property to attend the Lone Star Rally, but after the kids and grands came down we were having such a great time with just family that we ended up riding our bikes to the rally on the last day which was Sunday. The property was clean, well kept, spacious, reasonably priced and easy to reach. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Very nice quiet area

The top balcony was my morning coffee spot. It’s small, just enough room for two people. The area is quite. You’re far from town. The house was clean but not 5 star clean. We’d stay here again.

Cozy pad with stunning views

We loved this home as soon as we drove in here. We appreciated that it was well stocked with extra towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen utensils. Absolutely enjoyed the ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony. Suggestions for improvement - need a floor and hand vaccum - need a floor mop with cleaning supplies - a directory of restaurants and takeouts would be helpful.

Very Clean, Well Kept Rental

The rental was incredibly well-kept. Very clean, especially for a place that is pet-friendly. It was our first time to a Texas beach - we typically go to Orange Beach, AL or Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It’s definitely a different beach experience, but I honestly didn’t mind too much. The reason for the three stars overall is because of the VERY busy and loud street between the house and the ocean. I can blame this partly on myself for not researching better, but in my opinion one of the best things about going to the beach is sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean…which was very hard at this rental. Also the master bedroom is VERY bright in the mornings but the master bed was super comfy. All-in-all it was a lovely home, but the road noise messed it up for us.

Summer in October

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It was one of the more well-stocked and comfortable places in which we have stayed over the years. The labels on light switches were helpful, and we were happy to find a few beach toys to use. We ran out of propane but the property manager responded by delivering a brand new tank within an hour of our request. The road noise is really the only drawback - drowned out the ocean sounds!

everything we needed. .. but I hate 10am check outs... ugh!

Good location. We could have walked to the beach, but opted to make the very short drive to the parking lot directly south and then walk from there. The beach in the area was pretty nice. I asked about items that the house had, so I would know what to bring. I did not get the best answers. I was worried about the coffee maker (Keurig or drip???), turns out the coffee maker was a very nice Keurig and Drip combo ... I wish I had known that in advance (I brought my Keurig with me :) ) Anyway, I enjoyed my morning coffees from the deck watching and listening to the sea in the distance. The road noise we a bit much at times. But I minded less than some of my house mates.

Great for Families

This rental was great! It was the perfect size for 2 families and is kid friendly. Our kids enjoyed all the board games available in the family room. The patio off the master was a great spot for morning coffee. The beach was nice and wasn’t crowded at all. Great location and we would stay here again!
