Great Views! Heated Pools, Hot Tubs & Easy Beach A

Located on the third floor of the Seascape Condominium complex, this wonderful condo boasts great views of the Gulf and sunsets from your private balcony. The unit can accommodate six people. It has 1 king-sized bed, two bunk beds, and a fold-out couch. Bright and airy you will have no problem relaxing during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and a regular drip coffee maker. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable television are all included in your stay.

Welcome to The Southern Seahorse! Located on the third floor of the Seascape Condominium complex, this wonderful condo boasts great views of the Gulf and sunsets from your private balcony.


The unit can accommodate six people. It has 1 king-sized bed, two twin bunk beds, and a queen fold-out couch.


Bright and airy you will have no problem relaxing during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and a regular drip coffee maker.


Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable television are all included in your stay. The beach is just a few steps away with gated access. You can lounge around at the pool or one of the 2 hot tubs. There is also a separate barbeque area. Just a short distance to all the sights and sounds Galveston has to offer. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend getaway. 


Guests at the Southern Seahorse also enjoy all the amenities offered by Seascape Resort including a beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area, seasonally heated pool, 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), gazebo, beach observation deck, beach side BBQ and picnic area, and private parking.

The Southern Seahorse is on the secluded West End at Seascape Resort. You’ll be less than a 10-minute drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and The Seawall, with restaurants, shops, fishing piers and more. Groceries and souvenirs are just minutes away.

While we loved the pool and the beach access, the actual unit was lacking a bit, and the elevator didn’t work half of the days we were there, which meant we were hiking four flights of stairs several times a day. The ice maker didn’t work in the unit so we had to bring in our own. Also smart TVs would be a nice addition, I was hoping to log into my apps and watch someShows but couldn’t. Overall, I think we’ll look for another property next time.

Birthday trip

This was the final part of an 18-day "Mountain" vacation. This part was designed to simply to kick back and relax after several days of hiking and high elevation activities. We enjoyed the ocean view, swimming pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and cozy and pretty well equipped. It would have been nice to be able to open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. We found it a bit difficult to play games without a table. We attempted to contact the management listed on the fridge for an additional item we needed but no response. But overall it was a great place to stay for a few days.

Great Galveston Getaway

We wanted a quiet getaway with options for unique excursion and got all of that. We had a beautiful pool area, easy access to a beach, and a comfy place to stay. I would recommend a car but if you don't mind the Uber expense, there are plenty and they are reasonable. We had a couple issues with some damage we found in the condo, but we reported it and it will be fixed before you get there. We were there as a couple, but it's family friendly. Stay away from Woody's and check out Cooper's across the street.

Quick trip

The beach area was beautiful and flat and perfect for lounging around, and the beach area was pretty clean. The pool and hot tubs were fabulous. Our place was just the right size for 2. It had bunk beds but we didn't use. The balcony viewed the beach/ocean so that was beautiful. We appreciate Kevin T. the security at the front gate....very nice man. All in all a wonderful birthday trip!beds, but not needed.

Cute Condo!

The condo was just enough for our short stay in Galveston! We enjoyed the pool which was very quiet during our stay and the very easy access to the beach from the property itself which was a plus!We did however have minor issues with operating the shower which took a little of trial and error to figure out. The AC unit was also a little loud when running, otherwise it was not terribly bothersome during our stay. The check-in/out was a smooth process with great communication from the host. We are certainly looking to come back with our kiddos when we can!

Never Again!!

Place needs to be updated, floors were dirty, bed was horrible. Place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. Outlets in kitchen do not work. Silverware all full of stains. Very deceitful listing.

We had a good time. Thank you so much. The only recommendation I would make would be to maybe check the water adjustment in the property on the hot water heater. Because the hot water did not stay hot, very long. Other than that, it was perfect.Thank you we will be back

Beach access

Our stay was amazing. The property was one of few that had real beach front access. The instructions for the entire trip were very clear as far as checking in with security to the beach access gate. The only knock I had, which isn’t a huge deal, was the lack of clarity to chair and umbrella rentals. When I had asked the host about it, I was told they were available. Which I thought meant they were available from where we had access from the property. That wasn’t the case. The chair and umbrella rentals are along other areas of the beach.
