The beach view was wonderful!!! The studio was clean and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The price was well worth the room. We will certainly book this place again. It is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy a get-a-way without breaking the bank. Plain and simple, clean with a GREAT view of the ocean from the balcony.

The view of the beach was unobstructed and the room was as described. It is a bit older and could use some work but would meet the needs in Galveston. I found that they could use a little more kitchen goods to help with food prep in the kitchen. Some of the plugs did not work and I could not figure out how to turn the light above the kitchen bar on (the switch didn't do anything), although I never contacted the owner about that, so my problem there. I felt they could definitely use more lighting, pretty dim over all. The main concern that I had was the balcony was covered, (and I mean piles of bird poop on chairs, railings, corners, windows) with bird poop and pigeons made it their home 24 hrs./day. I was unable to open deck door for sanitation reasons. I did reach out to the owner and they said they would send someone to clean, which I guess they did (I left), but I decided for my own health and enjoyment, to go somewhere else. After much back and forth I did receive a 51 (15% refund from the owners.) Also, they were very responsive to my messages and pretty easy to reach. For some reason I am unable to add the pictures I took of the balcony.

This was perfect for my son and I, or even for a couple or small family. Listing was exactly as described, the view of the beach was wonderful! Everything you need or want is a short walk or drive away. There were plenty of towels, which I certainly appreciated. The front dest staff was helpful and friendly, the pool was nice, and I loved that we could just leave our room and walk across the street to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!You do have to pay 35 dollars to park in their lot, but your pass is good for the duration of your stay.

Bite and location was great. Place was exceptionally clean. Could use some repairs such as trim in the bathroom and properly installing the dishwasher. Has a front desk check in 24 hours. Staff was friendly. Communication was great. Price was perfect.

Loved the Ocean

We had a wonderful time at this little studio. Loved the view of the ocean. Our only suggestion would be to have some cereal bowls and a pizza pan. Great location!!

Quick getaway

My husband and I needed to step away from a long house project and just decompress. We needed to do absolutely nothing! We enjoyed our stay at this quaint studio condominium. Very clean and such cute decor!

Great Stay

The property was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we had to cut it short because of Beryl. However, owner offered to send cleaning crew ASAP, but the flooding was coming from the neighboring units. I appreciate the responsiveness to try to make our stay great. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice view on the gulf. The Seawall road that separates building from the beach is a bit busy and noisy. The bathroom and kitchen are aging and need upgrade. Overall nice location and relaxing atmosphere.

Great stay in Galveston.

Enjoyed the stay. The condo was well taken care of and very nice place to stay. I enjoyed the balcony and the fact that you are right across the street from the beach. Very convenient to everything in Galveston. I was here by myself on a sabbatical but a nice place for a couple to stay. The pool was nice as well as I used their laundry room as well. Front desk people were very helpful and I had no problems getting in the room when I arrived. You did get a lot of road noise when on the balcony but you’ll get that anywhere on the sea wall but you don’t hear the noise while in the condo. Overall an excellent place to stay and the owners always responded quickly. I would stay there again if given the chance.

Best spot

I met the condo owner by a fluke he was very nice and professional. Neither of us knew each other but talking in the elevator everything clicked he took great pride in our feedback immediately (wasnt his fault) but once he knew VRBO dropped the ball, he fixed it. Very clean. Cozy. AC is cold, which i love. Bed & couch are comfy. My only critiques are these: allot 1 roll of toilet paper per day and please add a 2nd lounge chair to the balcony space. Overall great experience. Clean cozy studio space perfect for me & my best friend. And the owners are flexible personable and KIND! I will definitely book them on my next trip! Jessica Newsom

Nice little condo!

This was a nice little place to stay and very clean! Grounds were nice as well. Our only 2 negatives were the air conditioning and the bed. The air never got below 75 and the bed was small for us. But overall, it is a very good location, with a wonderful pool and great view! Condo was clean and mostly comfortable for us. The owner was responsive and friendly! I would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a quick 2 night stay, just the hubs and me, at this adorable condo! Everything is just as described in the listing, and the owner provided all of the necessary information in a timely manor. She also recommended a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop! Definitely a plus, and we appreciated it! We would definitely stay here again.
