Ready to get away for vacation??? This beautiful condo makes your stay comfortable & relaxing! Enjoy sunset views from this top floor unit at Maravilla's GET A WAVE FROM IT ALL. Guests are greeted with an insulated drink bag filled with goodies to take your thirst-quenching drinks for a fun day at the beach. Get A Wave From It All offers guests a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. There is a washer & dryer in the unit and other amenities to make your stay carefree including beach towels. Guests of all ages will enjoy a little rest time in the bunk beds. The Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi so you can stay as connected as you want. Whether a quick weekend get away, or a Snow Bird winter escape, " Get A Wave From It All" is definitely the place to be! The owner has placed games like Yahtzee and Uno, pack n play, noise machine, and starry night projector for guest's use. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Get A Wave From It All. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Washer and dryer in condo.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash.
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

MARAVILLA - DOG PARK
Our newest amenity to our Maravilla Resort Condominium Complex is a Dog Park where our owners and guests can take their fur-babies and let them off their leashes to run, play, splash in the doggie pool, rinse off in the doggie shower, run the obstacle course and just have fun as their Dog Parents relax. We have balls, frisbees, and other fun toys for your fur-babies to enjoy while in the park. We ask that all pet owners be responsible and pick up after their pets. Pet Stations are located on the far west corner of the Dog Park. When leaving the park you can sanitize your hands, close the gate to the park and smile knowing that your fur-babies have also had an enjoyable fun beach vacation.

I hate to give less than 5 stars but this property has a company and not one person as an owner and therefore I don’t feel I can communicate this otherwise- the pool and beach are great and the residents were nice but there is no dog park. Also the elevators were broken so be careful of booking if you have any injuries . The tv would flicker in and out

The unit was great and very clean. The property is in a great location across from the beach but not in the middle of all the traffic and craziness of the summer Seawall. My kids loved the two pools and the play area for volleyball. My only complaint is that the overnight maintenance guy had a really strong marijuana odor when I went up to him to ask a question. He was the only one around so it def came from him. Me being a probation officer didn’t make me feel very safe. He should be more professional and abstain at least while he was at work but it was so strong that it smelled like he had just smoked it. Everything else was great and will def consider booking again.

It was wonderful. Everything we needed was right there. We were able to take our fur child. It was also close to everything. The hosts/people were very nice and answered us promply when having a question. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. It was a beautiful area! I love to cook and was a little disappointed in the "supplies" of the kitchen. No cutting board, not very good knives, etc. My husband and I are older so we had trouble w the electronics of the TV, DVD, etc. nothing was plugged in and some things didn't have cords, etc. with all of the above, we would go there again. The pool was great!

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable in the condo. Well appointed accommodations. The landscaping was well maintained but the building is very run down. The elevator had a musty odor and did not sound very reliable.

Condo was exactly as described in listing. View is wonderful with an un-obstructed view of the gulf! Communication with rental agent is awesome. Had very speedy response time. Will definitely be on our list to book again!

Nice place

It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have hot water most of the time. When I took a shower it was fine but, a few hours later when my husband took his shower it was cool water. But that didn’t hamper our stay.

Overall Great

My wife, daughter and doggo stayed here for a quick little weekend getaway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The unit itself was nice and clean. Received a nice welcome gift of water and snacks. The pool area is very nice! The only thing I would say, which really is out of their control but feel like you should know, is the entire grounds seems a bit rundown, old and not entirely kept up well. If you are wanting 5 star luxury, the property overall is not what you’re looking for. (Again, the condo inside is nice)!

Weekend Getaway

Very nice condo on 3rd floor, with nice view. Buildings were under repair and were showing their age. Multiple pools to choose from, and were never overly crowded. Lock on door gave us an issue once, the #9 seemed to be malfunctioning. So, don’t leave the condo without your reservation information.

Leaky roof, no power

We were told there was power on at the property when we left for Galveston. When we arrived the power was off ( you could tell that the power had been off for a long period of time because the refrigerator was completely warm inside and the condo smelled like a wet basement. The roof leaked. We were not able to stay the for the first 36 hours. Nothing was offered to help with the inconvenience of this! I will joy stay with them again!
