Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!

Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.
Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with Queen size bed, Queen size sofa-bed and bunk beds for two at Seascape Condos in Galveston (We also have Seascape property 1305485 and a Galveston canal house 2060833).
Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!).
If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs.
Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account).
Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite.
TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA.
This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
We offer discounts for stays of seven days or more. Take a break from school or work and reward yourself!

The beach view was not obstructed but I knew that going in. The reason for the four stars is the bed in the bedroom needs to be replaced. As for bang for the buck, I would go back there again. The rest of the place was nice. There was chairs to go out on the beach. There was a wagon to haul everything with, and there were fishing poles on the balcony if I wanted to. The distance from the condo to the beach was a very short walk. And don’t forget the pool area. It was awesome. I definitely enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a wonderful time, security guard was extremely rude threw our paper on the dash, and walked away cursing, no instructions on where to go or anything, it was a good thing we have stayed at the property before and knew where to go. Other than that we had a great time beautiful condo.

The elevator was broken down during the entire stay. We are seniors and had a problem walking and handling luggage up and down the stairs. The bed was terrible!! Needs to be replaced!!The condo was fine otherwise.

Perfect getaway for the weekend to escape for R&R from demanding schedules. Beach was so close and easy to access. Pool and spa were beautiful. The condo was clean and well decorated. It had all we need. Our host was quick to help navigate initial check-in questions.

It was good, all was just as we remembered from a few years back. Only thing we encountered was the fan in the kitchen has the pull cord missing so it was on full blast any time we needed the light.

The location was just as described, practucally on the beach. The pool was super clean and heated with two jacuzzies. The condo was small, but eqiuped with all the nessisities. The kithenett was even provided with some extras - like salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc. And even though the beach chairs were old, they were useful as well as the cart to care them to the beach. The only things that could be improved, was that sleeper sofa was not clean as with zipped cushions it could be. Also AC was super loud and blowing like a hurracane streat at the sofa-bed, it was hard to sleep with it on, and you can't turn it off because of the heat. But, over all it was ok.

I actually got transferred by the owners to another of their Seascape properties while this one underwent a minor repair. I am certain with the same ownership, my review still applies: pristine clean and cute beachy decor, comfortable beds, owners quick to respond to questions, a wonderful and very safe feeling location! LOVED our time there!

The unit was very clean and well stocked, and owner communication was excellent. It was very nice being only a few steps from the beach. However, we were disappointed in the view and the size of the bedroom. We choose this unit based off the numerous comments that mentioned the amazing view. We were surprised when we got there and saw that the view was mainly of the RV park. It felt awkward to sit on the balcony and be able to see straight into the trailers. Also, it was impossible to hear the ocean from the patio because the road noise was so loud. So, the balcony was pretty useless to us. The bedroom has a queen bed and it almost fills the room. Was hard to walk around the bed to get to the closet, so I just left my clothes on the bunk beds in the hall. The building itself is a little old, and the elevator was hit or miss on working.

Highly recommend!!

The check in process was easy and smooth sailing. Great communication with property manager. The facilities were clean. Kitchen stocked adequately with coffee maker and coffee grinder. Property was clean and quiet. Gated facility right on the beach. I was grateful for the property having beach umbrella and chairs available to use.I highly recommend!!!!

We had a great time the condo was perfect for us and situated steps from the gulf. Relaxation was the key. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future. We loved Galveston!

This place was perfect for my family of 5, of 4 adults and 1 teenager. We made breakfast and all the things I needed to cook was available. The wagon was definitely a plus to take down things to the beach. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was good with enough room for all of us. I will definitely stay again.

Seascape Stay

Overall, stay was good. Lots of noise directly above us. Pans need to be upgraded. Security was very lazy (W/M). He would not get out of his chair to address us with check-in. Sat in his chair, rolled around in office and yelled until I eventually got out to visit with him. More bath towels would be great for extended stays.
