3200 square feet of beachfront contemporary luxury await you on the quiet west end of Galveston island. The home is located directly on a strip of beach where vehicle traffic is restricted during the busy summer season, so you can enjoy a secluded beachfront stay. Our home is bright, spacious, modern, and has waterfront views from every room. It was built with no expense spared with top line appliances, flooring, HVAC, and a master bath with a 6 head steamer shower and large tub with a view of the surf while you soak. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft with a fold out couch. Each bedroom has its own full bath and private deck that opens out to the beach. The loft has large picture windows that face the surf as well. There is an additional separate full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main level to easily accommodate all.

The gourmet kitchen allows you to enjoy cooking with top line double Miele ovens and a large Miele induction stove top. Most things you need to prepare a meal are likely in the home, including pots and pans, utensils, and plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and drinkware for all. The large island with seating for 6 makes it easy to visit and enjoy the company of others while you cook and still enjoy the view. When the meal is ready, the dining table for 10 is just steps away. Dimmable LED lighting throughout the house and a sound system for the main entertaining area and outdoor decks allow you to create your own ambiance.

The outdoor space offers large decks on the main level and ground level, private decks outside each bedroom, plenty of outdoor seating, and a dune walkover that goes from the back patio straight to the sand of the beach. There are beach chairs and a selection of beach toys for your use. We provide a beach cart to easily transport all that you will need for your day at the beach. Just load it up and pull it over the boardwalk to your quiet spot on the sand. There is a small fenced in yard with a large covered patio and deck, fish cleaning station, and an outdoor shower on the ground floor patio.

While additional sleeping may be possible using floor mattresses, this home was built for maximum relaxation and luxury, not maximum occupancy!

The home was beautiful, modern and very clean. The appliances in the kitchen were incredible. Very comfortable beds. Amazing views from the awesome decks. Check in was great. Our host, Theresa Stretch was the sweetest and kindest lady. She made our stay very special.

Started out a little rough but the owner was amazing and we got everything worked out! The house is outstanding, everything you could think you would need and more is taken care of! It’s beautiful with your own private boardwalk to the beach and fenced patio area!

Wonderful getaway

The house was just as shown. Very beautiful and easy.Our only problem was arrival. The keycode to get in was incorrect. We called and the manager tried to help but finally had to come to the house. That was a good thing because we could not get the elevator to work,.you need to be told how to work the elevator.Also the wifi was a problem. The QR code in the house was incorrect. A call to tbe manager helped resolve it.This is a great house but the check in and moving in were not easy. We think this is early in the season so glitches have not been resolved.We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property & amazing host

Our stay at this rental was absolutely fantastic! The modern features of the house exceeded our expectations. From the sleek design to the luxury decor, every detail was meticulous. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the beach with breathtaking views from all levels. There were many highlights but we really enjoyed the three master bedrooms, full accommodations for three couples. The kitchen was a dream with high-end amenities, fully stocked for any meal preparations. The living area was spacious and perfect for gathering together in the evenings. From booking to checkout, the host was incredibly attentive and helpful with any of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach and fishing during the day, then watching the sunset in the evenings. It was an incredible experience and we would highly recommend the rental and host to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Fantastic!! Incredible House on the beach!

Couldn't have been better. All aspects, from check in, cleanliness, location, amenities...all was as described and more. More than comfortable for entire family, from my 86 year old mother to my 7 year old niece. Privacy of the beach is so nice, and elevator was very handy. Absolutely beautiful home! We definitely hope to stay here again!
