When it`s time to rest, Casa De Miramar offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your group. Two bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. Another room features a queen-sized bed. The last room offers ultimate flexibility with a king-sized bed and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed – ideal for families or groups with children. This room also boasts an ensuite bathroom and private access to a relaxing back balcony, where you can start your day with a quiet cup of coffee and the calming sound of the ocean waves.

Beyond the comfortable interior, Casa De Miramar offers entertaining space underneath the home with a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
