My experience with this Vacasa-managed property was far from hospitable. When we arrived, the washer already had water sitting in it, and it turned out the motor had gone out, making it completely unusable. I did not notice this until the following day. I contacted the host, and they said they would reach out to the local team, but no one came for another 2 days. We ran out of washcloths. I had to request towels two days in a row, and because the washer wasn’t working, I ended up having to buy a few myself. On the fourth day, towels were delivered and someone came to inspect the washer, confirming it was broken — which I strongly believe happened before our arrival.The garbage disposal also wasn’t functioning properly, something I later saw mentioned in previous reviews. The ice maker doesn’t work either. This was the least of my worries though. I didn’t even report it. I will be passing on this host for future trips. I have had other wonderful experiences for the last 13 years on vrbo just not at this property.I reached out requesting compensation because I spent valuable vacation time dealing with issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived, including repeatedly contacting the host for updates. The house does look exactly like the picture and was fairly clean. So I have to give it two stars for that. When you pay money for rentals you should not have to waste your vacation reporting and resolving issue with appliances and etc.
