The property was wonderful the only issue was the remote gorvthe TV in the master bedroom was missing. We tried to inform Rayson but the answering service never notified them. Other then that our stay was terrific.

It was a great stay. The outdoor grills were not in that great of shape. The kids loved the pool and the view was great. There wasn’t a remote control in the master bedroom. The toilet ran in the master bathroom as well. The ice maker wasn’t working so we did have to go buy ice. All in all it was a very nice visit and when we called for assistance the staff was very friendly and helpful. The communication before we arrived was also very good.

Lovely beach house

Our weeklong stay was great— the home and property are very clean and generally well maintained. There is close proximity to local beaches and some cute restaurants and a surprisingly good small grocery store. Check in and out were easy, instructions were thorough and when I did need help from property management they were responsive and respectful (I discovered the washer door was broken from prior travelers).Kids loved the pool and boat dock, sunsets were rather beautiful. The only recommendation I have is to provide more bath towels. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful property. Had a fun time. Pool is shaded in the morning hours. Full sun in the later afternoon. Shower outside was nice to rinse sand off. Be sure to bring any kitchen cleaner stuff you may want. There is a keurig and blender for those wondering. Bring any tuppperware you may need to store leftovers etc. There is a bulkhead and beach house under construction right across the canal. Was a tad noisy with a jackhammer most of the day. Washing machine latch was broken. So check on those things if it matters to you. But we loved the property. Had hard time finding pool light switch, its by the pool equipment.

Our favorite house of MANY!

We loved this house so much last year, we didn’t even look at any new ones for this years trip. This house checks all the boxes. It’s clean, homey, great pool & outdoor space, great fishing right off the dock, & unbeatable sunsets! We rent a golf cart every year (which I highly suggest doing) and it’s a quick little drive to the bait shop, little store, the park, & the restaurant which we visit often. The AC is amazing, beds are comfy, and the many docks are perfect for drinking coffee & watching all the boats go by. It’s just an all around great rental for a family vacation. Highly recommend this house. We will absolutely be returning to this home for our annual trip again next year!

Very nice place !

Very nice place. Very clean. Enjoyed catching fish off the dock. Most restaurants are 15-30 minute drive but a few options real close. The house was as described . We would definitely come back. The listing is slightly deceiving regarding the pool and hot tub. That’s a hot tub in my opinion and in the listing some place it calls it a kiddo pool and says both are not heated. It’s a shame the pool and hot tub are not heated . The two tvs by bar under deck only one was present and it won’t power on. Tried new batteries even running it to another outlet. It just won’t power on. Other than the pool/hot tub and tv the place is absolutely awesome!

Nice view

This is a nice house. Plenty of space. If you're renting this house for fishing, it's not really a good location because the canal you were on is also the canal lazing into the marina. Other than that, it's a five star. Only other thing is the gas grill does not work

Great Communication

Well unfortunately due to the hurricane that came through. We were unable to stay there. The host stayed in communication trying make it happen but Mother Nature and Electricity just didn’t happen. We do plan to stay in the future but would always recommend this stay.

Amazing

House was as advertised, very clean and all the basics were provided. Fishing, and views are great, pool and outside amenities can’t be beat. Had storms which caused the pool to get dirty a couple of days, property managers had someone there asap to clean it, will definitely book our next vacation here absolutely no complaints.

Good place on the Bay

The house is an updated two-story on the Bay in Jamaica Beach with super east access to the beach across the highway. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Important to note that the primary bedroom is on the second floor and there are also stairs to get to the house first floor. If you have trouble navigating stairs this wouldn't be a good place. The views from the balconies and the bar/pool downstairs are fantastic! It's a really quiet place and very calming. We stayed here in the summer and for the holidays. Two negatives: both times the bunkbeds were not made up and it's not easy to make them. And, the "1/2 bath" is a toilet and small sink in an unfinished room behind the bar outside, so you have to go outside to use it. Finally, and it's not a big deal, the only condiments in the house are salt and pepper shakers and some coffee filters (lots of coffee filters). But, we came back a second time knowing all this and had a very good time!
