Ideal location, easy beach access, and calming sea air. Located across from the newly renovated (23 million dollars) Babe's Beach and great fishing at the 61st pier. Our fully renovated (Spring 2022) vacation condo, in the heart of Galveston Island, is located on the top floor at the premier complex of Casa del Mar. You are walking distance to the beach, a fishing pier, restaurants, Starbucks, Walmart, bike rentals, ice cream, nightlife and so much more. Taking a trip to the Strand or Downtown for shopping and fun is no problem as the Galveston Trolley stops right out front. Once inside, you will find our Welcome Book with restaurant options (phone numbers and distance to condo), family hot spots, menus, trolley schedules, etc. We want your family to have a vacation that is unforgettable!

CASA DEL MAR AMENITIES: Hot tub, 2 pools (one heated in the winter), deck w/ sun chairs & outdoor dining tables, charcoal grilling area, courtyard, elevators, washers and dryers on same floor as unit and ice machines on the 2nd floor.

CONDO LIVING: One bedroom with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and smart TV; child-sized bunk beds with privacy curtains and individual bunk smart TV's; one bathroom with a tub/shower combo and granite countertops with extra countertop space; kitchen featuring granite countertops, efficiency-sized stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, island with two stools, plates, glasses and other necessary items for meals, dining area with a table and two chairs; living area with two chairs, queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, smart TV and games for the family; private balcony, full glass sliding door, and two adult and two child size Adirondack chairs.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials, towels/linens, central AC, USB ports in unit, keyless entry, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided, and two Alexas are provided for music etc.

FAQ: Elevator access, luggage carts available, ice machines, and onsite coin operated Laundry ($2.00 for each Wash and Dry quarters only).

PARKING: Designated covered parking area (2 vehicles)

CONDO POLICIES: No smoking, No pets allowed, No events, parties, or large gatherings, Must be at least 25 years old to book, Additional fees and taxes may apply, Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Effective January 1st, 2020 a Parking Registration Fee of $40 plus tax is required for every reservation and or Vehicle registered good for up to 30 days. "No cash is accepted at the front office."
