Soccer Tournament

We had a girls beach soccer tournament on East Beach. The convenience of the soccer tournament to the house was excellent. After the soccer games the easy access to the beach, pool and the Porch Cafe made the house perfect. We comfortably slept 12. The house was lovely and clean. Will probably rent again next year for the tournament.

Birthday weekend

Renting the property to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family. The house was great! Clean and as advertised. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and community pool. Will definitely rent this property again!

Beachtown

The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was easily available and very responsive. Beach was just a 2-4minute walk over the dunes. Only real problem was that there was not much seating available in the main living area for a house that size. There were only 5 comfortable seats (3 person sofa and 2 person love seat) which doesn’t really work when you have 5 bedrooms with at least 2 people in each room. There were two patio chairs in the living area but they were not comfortable.

Great home for family holiday!

We had a great stay at this very nice home. Our party included two teens, two elementary school kids, and two sets of parents. The kids loved the game room and playing in the water. We all enjoyed the beach and appreciated the very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, high-end vacation home. The neighborhood and the beach were great, very private and quiet, yet very close to town. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Wonderful get away!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! The Kitchen was perfect and just what we need for our families. Plenty of room, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The staff was very helpful and we hope to stay again.

This was a wonderful property for kids (ages 12 down to 2). The loved the game room with the arcade games and Nintendo. The bunk room with tv was perfect. It was great location with easy access to pool and a shot walk to the beach across. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. House was incredible and location was perfect. Everything was immaculate and so roomy. The Beachtown property employees were super responsive, helpful and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond. The area and surrounding properties made you feel like you were in first class resort. The beach access was a super short walk and was really private. Our family had an amazing trip and will DEFINITELY be booking again. Thank you Beachtown!!

Amazing second stay

This is now the second time I have stayed at this property. This time was just as great as the first one. Clean/new house with everything we needed inside. Great views, comfortable beds and spacious indoor/outdoor space to gather. Sales office was very responsive and accommodative. Wonderful two experiences!!

Gorgeous home by the sea

The accommodations were great, very clean, new modern high-end finishes throughout and had everything we needed. Excellent location w.it’s a short walk to the beach and The Porch Cafe which everyone loved. The host was great to work with and we had no issues. Wonderful experience.
