Winter Texans Welcome! Ocean View Condo: Condo is fully furnished, sleeps six with a new slate balcony overlooking beach. Primary bedroom with queen size bed, sofa w/queen sofa sleeper. and alcove with bunk beds. Hotel quality linens furnished. Kitchenette equipped with full size refrigerator, new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances,dishes, utensils, pots/pans along with mini frig, cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Direct view and steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Free Wi-Fi, , cable TV in master bedroom, new TV in master and living room. Accommodations include; 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, Lighted tennis court, fitness center, barbecue/picnic areas with a pavilion fish cleaning station and laundry rooms on site. Security on site. Nice condo - second stay here

This is the second time we have been on holiday here. We had a lovely stay again. After a two week drive we really enjoyed relaxing here. The apartment is clean and well maintained with everything you need. A lovely balcony with sea view. Lovely sandy beach and good pool.We would love to come back.

Relaxing and Cozy

We came here for our daughter’s 10th birthday this weekend as we LOVE Galveston. Even with the little bit of rain we had an enjoyable time. The condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in and now we know which one we want everytime we come back. The bed was nice and comfy, updated condo, loved the view, owners were super nice too! Will be back!

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, Walmart and for frozen yogurt at Orange leaf or Italian ice at Rita’s. There are heated pools on the property. The host was great about communicating with us. Check in was smooth. Just recommend screen shooting the info from the host to easily find all the info needed for check in. Everything was is great condition. There are sand toys and a wagon that guests get to borrow. We very much enjoyed the balcony for watching the waves, chatting and reading. We would happily recommend this property.

Very nice condo

Nice property, very well maintained. Great location. Perfect for our needs. Hot tubs were actually hot and the pools were very nice and heated also I believe. Kathy, the owner is great, good communication.

Short Getaway

This was a good location for two people, as it is very small. The photos are misleading about the size. Yes, there are bunks and a fold out sofa, but the space is probably less than 600 sq ft. There are plenty of towels and beach toys. The kitchen is great, and the coffee pods were a nice touch. The bathroom needs a facelift. The shower tile grout was very dirty, and there was mold and peeling paint on the ceiling around the A/C vent in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable, with lots of pillows. The Master bedroom closet has hooks on the wall and a short rack for hanging clothes. Again, very small. The only window in the condo (master bedroom) has broken locks and opens onto the hallway, where the gate to this unit doesn't close properly. The bistro table and chairs pictured in the listing were not there. Instead, there were four plastic chairs, and a plastic folding table for our morning coffee. It is a good location, near the beach and restaurants, and was very quiet. It fit our spending budget for a two-night stay.

Peaceful stay

Above expectations, highly recommend.

As described and then some. Better than the pics. Tastefully decorated. Walking gate access and traffic light with crosswalk for beach/ocean access. Owner provides pool accessories stored on balcony. Balcony with chairs and table offers pool and ocean view. For your beach time, there is a wagon, cooler bag, chairs, etc in bedroom closet for your use. Short drive for a more private beach experience without traffic noise. Easy access tiled shower and plenty of towels available. Garage parking pass and pool access wrist band issued at office upon check in after $35 fee paid. Easy Keypad entry. Friendly and helpful neighbors in this gated community. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Beautiful pool area, well maintained grounds. There are 2 pools and a jacuzzi area. If you a require elevator, call ahead and make sure they are working. Hurricane damage repairs were underway during our August visit and sadly all 3 elevators giving access to this unit were temporarily unavailable for this 3rd floor unit. Owner responds immediately to any issues. We have already booked our next visit.

Daughters birthday

The condo was very nice and clean. The beach was right across the street. That was a plus for us, especially with a four year old. I do wish the elevators were working those stairs were pretty scary to the kids. Over all I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway

Kathy is an amazing host! She has all of the details covered making a stay at the beach a perfect experience, even if there is a chance of rain in the forecast! She has all things beach, including chairs, a wagon, and towels! Our family enjoyed our nights on the patio playing Uno to wrap up the day. Thank you Kathy for being a perfect host!

Nicely appointed condo with view of beach. Property has great amenities. A pool close by plus another pool and hot tubs on other side. Walmart and a bbq restaurant are walkable.
