This newly built beachfront home is beautifully designed and decorated with a blend of tranquil modern design and coastal colors. It is the perfect place for you to accommodate your friends and family. It is ideally located in Spanish Grant which is only 4 miles from town. Only 10 steps away, you can enjoy the peace of the beach while being just minutes away from great local dining, historical Strand shopping, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Galveston's Pleasure Pier amusement park.

Start each day of your vacation on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise.

- Steps away from the beach! (no driving on the beach)

- Stunning views from the large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy meals or rocking chairs to guarantee relaxation time.

- Plan a barbecue under the house with a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

- Outdoor shower with the option of hot/cold water

- DOWNSTAIRS BATH with toilet, sink and outdoor shower with hot/cold water

- Enjoy a meal inside and gather around the dining table that has a huge bench to fit many and a great view of the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are new.

-Living room TV, when you are ready to relax after a full day at the beach you can lounge in the living room and enjoy so many entertainment options. DVD player, fire stick, Netflix, amazon prime TV, Amazon prime music, Disney channel, ESPN, ABC,CNN, NBC, local tv channels, nick jr.

Great location! On the beach on a very quiet and family friendly street and yet just a few minutes away from Seawall and restaurants. Quaint and comfortable.Needs window treatments in living / kitchen area because it sits at an angle and you can see in. Biggest complaint is that you can’t set the thermostat below 70. Fine during the day but need to be able to set to lower temp at night if you choose to.

Beautiful home, clean, right on the beach. We had a small problem with one of the bathrooms and reached out and it was fixed within the hour. We were very happy with our choice staying at The Beach Peach and highly recommend!

Trouble with fridge which resulted in 80 worth of meat going bad. The TV in one room didn’t work. I give 4 stars because it is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful and with 4 kids access to the beach was amazing.

This beach house was totally amazing! This house had everything we needed. So much thought went into the design of this house. It wonderfully accommodated 2 families (our kids and grandkids) Teddy went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We loved the layout of the house. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath. Also, downstairs has a full bathroom. It really came in handy when we wanted to shower after a day at the beach. She also has a room filled with toys and umbrellas. There are several chairs downstairs as well. One thing we really liked was it is a quiet beach. No vehicle access. It was amazing to watch the kiddos from the balcony. Thank you Teddy for an awesome stay. We will be back!

Nice Beach House

We loved this beach house from the location to the quality of rooms. Communications with the property were effortless. As for the location, it was nice to be in a area where cars weren't lining the beach, a true plus.

Pleasantly Surprised

This house really is amazing. The view and the access to the beach was perfect. You really are steps away from the beach. You can see your big kids play at the beach without leaving the balcony. We loved it! The only downside was that although the house was stocked with seasonings, they were 3 years past their expiration date and bath soap is not provided. A quick run to the store fixed all of this. Be sure to wash the dishes you’re going to use. We found most weren’t clean. None of this was a show stopper because the house is just amazing. The beds were also super comfortable. And the master bath was so spacious. There is plenty of room for guests. And the owner. She seemed to be the kindest and sweetest person ever. She was very responsive and thorough in instructions. It made it so easy for us to access the house and know what the expectations were. She was great!

Wonderful location to relax

We had an amazing trip to the Peach Beach. The house is spacious and comfortable and a great proximity to the beach. We loved the closet with toys and chairs that we could borrow for our beach days. Pat the house manager was so helpful and accommodating. If we ever come back to Galveston we’d definitely stay again.

Great proximity to beach

Overall pros, the proximity to the beach was great and we loved the fact that the beach was not crowded due to the fact that cars aren’t allowed in Spanish Grant. There was also a large closet full of beach chairs and toys which was great. The house itself is well laid out w plenty of beds and a great deck overlooking the water. Cons: it felt a little worn down. Amenities are sparse: not a single counter spray or Clorox wipe to be found. Owner was not particularly helpful or friendly via text.

Wonderful for ALL Ages

We rented this property because it was a single story and right on the beach. With our family of toddlers and over 80 aged adults staying in this house, we did not have to worry about falling down the stairs. The owners and manager were great to communicate with.
