Galveston is a vibrant island filled with nature, which includes occasional visits from local wildlife or insects. While we take preventative measures, encountering either is a part of island life and does not warrant a refund.

Power Outages
Storms and strong winds can sometimes cause power outages. We work with the electric company to restore service as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee immediate resolution. This is a possibility anywhere and is not grounds for a refund. However, if an outage exceeds 24 hours, we will assess the situation and offer fair compensation.

WiFi
WiFi available through AT&T, outages can occur. No refunds for WiFi issues.
