"Schön und modern eingerichtetes Hotel, Zimmer blitzsauber, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotelbar mit außergewöhnlich gutem Angebot und überraschend niedrigen Preisen. Aus der Dusche kommt sehr wenig Wasser, da wollte man wohl im Sinne der Umwelt Wasser sparen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Negative das mir einfällt. Ich komme wieder."

No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available."

Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. "Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"Loved this place because of its location. Few steps from the train and bus station. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Schonbrunn Palace. A mini strips of all sorts of restaurant. The only minus points about this hotel was, sound proofing is terrible. I was awaken by the next door guest, every time they drag their chairs. The Hallway was beautifully maintained with beautiful flower set up. The room was immaculate clean and the smell of a seemed like fresh flowers lingers everywhere. This was Lovely....

Area is a bit industrial and a bit less convenient - few min walk to transit platform which was nice but felt 15-20 min out of town from things. Buffet breakfast was nice and made things easy as there were very few food options around for the morning."

We checked out a day early but they refused to credit us for the unused stay. Got pretty busy since lots of tour buses used the hotel."

"If you need a hotel close to the Hbf - main train station- in Vienna, then this is very good choice. I had a very generous large room, it was quiet and was climatized. Breakfast buffet was a typical German style breakfast buffet. Only wish would be to offer the option to request early checkin or late checkout. They were not accommodating such a request at this hotel either. I don’t know why hotels leave this potential revenue opportunity on the table. Cleaning crews can’t clean every room...

"The location was very convenient. Amenities in the rooms, even more premium rooms, were rather basic. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities, for instance. A decent amount of space though."
