"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. "Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"

"This hotel would be perfect but unfortunately it’s never going to be. We stayed there to catch an early flight the next morning out of Milan. There is a club that played POUNDING music and I mean absolutely pounding music until 4am. Our flight was at 7am. We got maybe 1 hour of sleep, going to sleep at 10pm. A restless night. As we were leaving the front desk manager was rude, chuckling at us as we told him we left our key in our room. He then didn’t comment at all about the noise that went on...

"Very nice and spacious room for one night for a solo traveler! My loft included a fridge, microwave, outside sink, and nice table area. Bathroom was well stocked with towels I needed for only a night as well as soaps. Beautiful window view as well."

"L'hôtel ne mérite pas son appellation de Palace à mon sens rien que pour la vue de la chambre sur rue et sur une sorte de terrain vague ( vraiment bruyant avec la circulation). La literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif ( 15€/personne). Le parking coûte 35€ et accessible ( à pied) depuis l'intérieur. Idéalement situé à 4 stations de métro du Duomo. Par contre, prix exorbitant de 20€ ( qui n'apparaît absolument pas clairement sur le descriptif de l'hôtel) par personne pour...

"Nice and close to train station. A little tricky figuring out how things worked and had problems with air conditioner that were not fixed til the next day. Shower stall poorly set up. Paid for a sitting area (a couch) that I wouldn't sit in cause looked dirty."

"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away."

Besonders für Veranstaltungen im San-Siro-Stadion ist die Lage ideal, da die Metro-Linie M5 nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist und ohne Umsteigen direkt zum Stadion fährt. Auch die Anreise mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert, da sich in der Umgebung ausreichend kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten befinden.
