Convenient location.

No staff on site other than a man overnight. Breakfast was not on site either - had to walk up the street to a cafe. First morning we arrived at the cafe to be told it would be half an hour wait for food (it was not busy). As a diabetic I need to eat early so we went elsewhere for a quick bite - on return were told nothing we wanted was left, so waste of money on paying for the breakfasts. The room was clean, but the shower was badly designed and water was running out to the floor and under the bathroom door. Previous water damage with rotten wood and a hole cut in the bottom of the door presumably to let steam out (no fan/extractor). The coffee machine did not work - the water for the tank just poured right through onto the counter. My daughter ended up emptying a teabag and filling with a pod contents to put in a cup! No towel changes for 4 nights and given we had to use one to soak up the water from the shower it was even worse. Radiator did not work. Induction hob would turn on but no heat (no instructions either). Bed was comfy but the size of the quilt was ridiculously small as was the sheet. Pillows (only 2) were lumpy with cases that were way too big. The balcony was tiny with only room for 1 person to sit. The corridors smelt faintly of sewage/dampness. Finally, I could not believe we had to take our own rubbish out! Would not recommend. Plenty of eating places in the area though and a short Bolt ride to town.
