The rooms are so comfortable, great bed and soft sheets, blackout blinds. We slept really well. "It is good location. Staff is very friendly. We had some challenges checking in as we were not able to open the link sent by the apt hotel. Take long time to work with Expedia and the hotel staff. The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…"

"Staff at reception were all exceptionally cheerful and helpful"

"The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions in the city center. Outstanding breakfast. Really nice deco in the guest room. The one thing that wasn't perfect was that the sink in the room drained quite slowly. "We loved this hotel! in a quiet neighbourhood (although a bit of a 'restaurant desert') but it was a quick walk to Fisketorvet mall, for reference into the city centre, and a short bus ride on #68 right to the Central train station and entrance to Tivoli. The room was clean and I loved the water-saving shower! The only thing I'd comment about the room was the bathroom and around the front door could benefit from more wall hooks to hang things!
