"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx"

"Es familiar, el dueño muy amable, es tranquilo , la habitación muy amplia con 3 camas con mucha luz y muy céntrico pero tranquilo ya que hay una calle que separa la zona de turismo. El autobús está a 2 minutos y la catedral y los comercios y restaurantes. Todo perfecto, no hay ascensor pero disponen de habitación en la planta baja.Se puede desayunar y hay café y te , galletas en la habitación. El baño grande y limpio. "I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!"

"You couldn't be more central (excellent location). Sanjeewa was wonderful - We thought we had an issue with our TV & he came up immediately to sort it (it was us, not the TV)! Breakfast was so good, continental but plenty of variety. Sanjeewa also allowed us to leave pur bags at the property, after check-out. Really can't rate this place highly enough, at the price we paid. Would recommend 💯"

"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner.
