The room need updating and a spring hot steam clean , this is not a 4 star as rated as advertised the facilities jacuzzi hardly works the steam room stinks the sauna is the only space I think is better this hotel needs updating refurbishment and a paint , the staff are really friendly bless them they given hard task to deal with .

Bedrooms dated, toilet seat coming off in one of our 2 rooms. Beds seemed very small even for singles. Breakfast a joke went at 8.00 waited til 8.50 for our meal still hadn't arrived had to leave as others did as needed to be somewhere only 1 couple got served in that time and part of their meal was missing. Girl behind bar was as helpful as she could be but ended up having an argument with chef in the dining room aboutmeals. The restaurant was also closed on our arrival the previous evening so we had to go elsewhere which we had had no prior notice of. Would not recommend anyone to use this place.
