"Lovely, welcoming staff. Very easy to check in at the pub next to the accommodation. Very good location and easy to find. Free parking which is a bonus these days! Stayed for 3 nights in a family room, clean but a little dated. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast was nice and has a lovely kids play area. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Lovely room and facilities but why charge for car park if you’re staying, appreciate it’s near the airport but there must be a way of controlling access without penalising guests who have already paid to stay."

"Peaceful location despite proximity to motorway. Family friendly. Great staff and good communication before we arrived. Rooms a little dated and in need of minor repairs such as cupboard hinges. Breakfast offered a good selection of standard options. Hot food underwhelming. Would book again due to location and staff."

"Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). "I liked the fact that it’s 24 hrs as always bar o/ front desk staff available. Very friendly . Room large and comfy , asked for extra pillows which were delivered . Easy to stay here and close to station large car park £5 per night"

"Great location and quiet room . The couple who own the property are both lovely and helpful. The room has all the amenities you could wish for , they have considered what a guest might want or need . You can park off street . The room was a little on the small side but adequate for one or two nights . The continental breakfast is adequate and the fresh coffee as very good . The property was full so the breakfast room was too and we felt a little bit close to other tables ."

"Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again."

Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. "
