"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. "We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. "

"Nice old hotel in the centre of Harrogate with limited parking available. On check-in was allocated room #138 - the noise and vibration from the kitchen extraction fan outside the window was extreme 43dB - 50dB. Was informed by receptionist that it should turn off when the kitchen closed. Mercifully they kindly offered us another room #265 - worlds apart from #138 and a peaceful room at <20dB "

"Lovely hotel in a great spot in Harrogate! Everything is within walking distance and the building itself is gorgeous. The room was clean, tea & coffee well stocked and towels were very fresh & fluffy. Breakfast itself was tasty and located on the 5th floor, giving great views! "

"Not really much I can fault about the property other than the bed was abit small and the noise levels but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Nice room located right next to everything and I will most definitely stay here again. 👍👍"

"Lovely historic building with a nod to the past in the internal character but with an overall modern feel within the rooms. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safety deposit box and toiletries which made this a lovely room. Would have liked a better view, we were in room 145 at the back of the property and tbe coffee/tea tray was on a unit where there wasnt a plug so had to keep moving the entire tray to the dressing table when using the kettle.
