Your rental will include six proximity cards that allow you access to The Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Just a note to let guests know this home does have the Video Doorbell by the front door and a camera in the backyard that points to the back doors for security purposes. There are no cameras in the home itself. Additionally, the Galena Territory is officially recognized as a Dark Sky Friendly Development of Distinction by DarkSky International for its efforts to reduce light pollution, glare, and sky glow. All exterior residential and property lights must be turned off by 1:00 AM.
