Our Home - This bright and inviting two-level condo features an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A full bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom and relaxing soaking tub. The loft provides a quiet place to work remotely, read or journal about your Galena getaway.Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a standard drip coffee maker and a new propane grill. Step onto the back deck to grill, relax and take in the beautiful golf-course and water views. Important to Know: Although there is only one step from the parking area through the front entrance, the interior is arranged like a split-level home. Guests must use stairs to reach either the upper bedroom or lower living area.

You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory.
Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
