Offers many updates; freshly painted: new window treatments; all new appliances; new furniture including a full pull-out bed in the living area; new gas grill; high speed internet; updated cable with new 50 inch plasma tv! This home offers a queen size bed and a double whirlpool tub on the upper level. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to take the chill off a cold fall/winter evening or have a cookout on the gas grill anytime. This home also provides Amenity Passes that allow you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor swimming pools, Fitness Center, Game Room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, free WIFI ,and more. Cozy Townhome in the Territory

This townhome was so cute and cozy! Very clean and perfect for two people! My husband and I stayed the weekend and had a lovely time. Easy, close parking and beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
