Enjoy the many amenities of the Galena Territory- community indoor year round pool, gym, and seasonal outdoor pools. Lake Galena is a scenic lake, great for fishing and boating (not swimming). Kayaks and pontoons can be rented from the Galena Territory. Also a beautiful waterfall (10-15 min drive), riding stables and more! Downtown Galena is really special- amazing shops, restaurants, wine tasting, historic sites, Haunted Tours, Trolly Tours, and more. Chestnut Mountain is about 25 min drive away, for skiing, zip lining and more.

Dogs are welcome if well behaved. Extra pet fee will apply.

Parking is free, and on the property.

Please note, the property is surrounded by woods, so there are insects outside and occasionally inside.

Amazing nearby attractions, including golfing, wineries, fishing, hiking, horse stables and more. Downtown Galena is approximately at 10 minute drive, and has trolley tours, haunted ghost tours, fabulous restaurants and shopping and more.

You will have the entire house other than small locked owners closet.

We are family owned home. We will share our cell phone upon booking in case issues arise.

This home is in the Galena Territory- it's surrounded by wooded areas, trails, and community amenities.

There isn't easy public transportation so you will need a car. Uber is only sometimes available.
There is plenty of parking.

We provide firewood. You may need to bring kindling wood/cardboard, although we try to provide when able.

We do not give refunds due to weather. We strongly encourage everyone to buy travel insurance.
