The Galena Modern Retreat Townhouse offers 1200 sq ft of cozy comfort across two-levels, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfy couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper - accommodating up to 6 guests.

Sleeping Areas: we provide luxury, hotel quality linens and bedding from Standard Textile.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level, multipurpose): Queen-size Murphy bed with side tables, closet, luggage rack, and a desk that doubles as a dining table when bed is stored.

- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): Queen-size bed with an ensuite bath, smart TV, closet, luggage rack, tower fan, and dresser.
- Living Room - Sofa easily converts into a queen size sleeper for lounging or extra sleeping space (extra blankets and comforters provided)

Bathrooms

we provide luxury, hotel quality plush towels from Standard Textile (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel) and premium, sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap). Separate pool towels are also provided.
- BATHROOM 1 (lower level): full bath (soaking tub), single vanity
- BATHROOM 2 (upper level): 3/4 bath (walk-in shower), double vanity

Kitchen & Coffee Bar

fully stocked with premium pots, pans, utensils, spices, gas grill (on the back porch) plus a Ninja air-fryer and a NutriBullet blender. We also provide an initial supply of Nespresso coffee pods, Starbucks coffee and locally sourced ground coffee, creamer, tea, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, etc. Longer stays or a large number of guests will need to bring extra.

However you like your coffee, we have a dedicated coffee/tea bar that will serve your preferences, including a pour over glass coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a Cafe Specialty drip coffee maker, and a French press.

Entertainment
you can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games (e.g., Ticket to Ride, Monopoly, Settlers of Catan, Uno, Jenga); free Netflix on both TVs; books retelling the story of Galena and the region.

Living Room
enjoy a great open space with a vaulted ceiling, beautiful shutters, and views of the woods and golf course. The couch can be easily converted into a queen-sized space that can accommodate 4 people to lounge while enjoying movies, via a Roku surround sound system.

Dining Area
the big quartz counter can comfortably sit 4 guests. Additionally, the multipurpose room with the Murphy bed can be converted into a proper dining room for 4 people (chairs in the closet).

Outdoor Space

Step outside to a private porch with a sectional, small table set, gas grill, and umbrella. Enjoy coffee surrounded by greenery, listen to the birds, or stargaze on warm summer nights.

Parking and Safety

2 parking spots right in front of the unit.

**For your and our safety, the home is equipped with a security camera near the entrance door facing the parking lot. In addition, there is a smart noiseware in the living room that detects alarm sound, humidity, and noise level (no recording of any sort).
**Several of our windows don't have operating cranks and cannot be opened; we are awaiting new cranks to arrive.
