2. Booking Requirement: Guest must e-sign a rental agreement. 25+ to book. A $500 security hold will be placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

4. No visitors without host approval.
5. Starter firewood included (~2 hours). More: bring your own or buy from us.
6. Outdoor lights off by 1 AM (GTA) or $150 fine each time.
7. Winter: plowed neighborhood, but 4WD/chains recommended.
8. Safety & Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with Schlage smart locks and one exterior-only Ring security camera facing the driveway and parking area. There are no other cameras on the property.
9. Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee on days without a same-day guest turnover. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
10. Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds due to weather. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
11. If no turnover: early/late — $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), >4 hrs = 1 night.
12. Cancellations: For non-Airbnb cancellations, a 3% Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
