Admiral's Club offers an upscale setting for great family vacations. It is very roomy with lots of privacy with bedrooms on 3 levels plus additional sleeping areas. The kitchen has 2 wine coolers, 2 double-door refrigerators, a bar, and a big island. It opens up to a large living room, a dining area, and a beautiful outdoor stack-stone fireplace and kitchen. The living room opens up to a porch with a game/poker table and windows on the wide bay.
Admiral's Club has a large driveway.

DOCK and ACCESS:
------------------------

Guests can easily negotiate a level and gentle walk to the nearby shore with immediate access to big water. A single slip dock with sitting/sundeck area and 2 jet ski ports add to the many surprises to be had at an affordable price.

Admiral's Club is located on a peninsula with boat ramp within walking distance of the property. An ideal situation for families that desire to add more dimensions to their experience with boating made easy.

OUR NEW LOOK:

Admiral's Club has been updated as of April 2024. Its exterior is mostly white with dark gray trims. The kitchen has been updated. And the 2 upstairs bathrooms have modern and elegant walk-in showers.

Guests have access to all areas within the property.

My crew and I will be available to to you during your stay and will respond very quickly to ensure issues, if any, are addressed promptly.

The house is located in an upscale neighborhood of the lake.

The driveway is flat and wide enough to accommodate several cars. We urge you to ensure all cars be parked on the driveway during your stay.

Dock and (2) kayaks are available free of charge during your stay. The boat launch is within walking distance of the house.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the property! Beautiful home on a wonderful piece of property with an easy walk (no steep stairs to navigate) to the lake. The air hockey, pool table, ping pong and home movie theater were a perfect way to enjoy time together especially during the rainy days. Ray was always quick to respond to questions - couldn’t be happier - strongly recommend this property!

We loved the location and the house was great, especially the game/theatre room on the lower level. Between the lake activities and the game room there was never a dull moment for the grandkids. The kitchen was wonderful for the number of family members who joined us and the number of beds was just right. My only suggestions would be to make clear the unlocking instructions. There was a lockbox on the front door and it took us awhile to realize that that had nothing to do with unlocking the front door. Also, the back yard needs a little landscaping improvement, but other than that it was a fabulous experience.

REALLY NICE LAKE PROPERTY

Property fit our 2 families of 10 people really well. Easy walk to the lake. Really nice neighborhood & home had everything you would need. We've stayed at some before where kitchen/cooking items were lacking...this isn't the case with this property. 2 refrigerators came in handy w/having 2 families. Also - property is close to grocery stores (Publix & Kroger) & a quick/easy drive to most any Gainesville restaurant. A convenience store is within 2 minutes away. Dock was located on a bigger water/nice view...but without boat traffic coming near. Really nice set up & the owner responds very quickly to any questions.

Great property on the lake - spacios and game room amazing. Loved cooking on the Grren Egg and out door kitchen area. Gave a 4 instead of 5 as it stated- level walk to bay. A disabked family member was with us and had some difficulty navigating the steep incline of the yard to get to the dock. With that said, we were able to rent a boat and have it delivered. Overall, it was an amazing time and a great property.

SE Regionals

Wow! What a great location and property. Especially with teenagers. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The property is beautiful. We had really terrible weather but it was no problem with all the entertainment indoors. Would def recommend and will stay again if we make regionals again.

Family Fun with a side of turkey

We rented the house the week of thanksgiving. Was great to have the view of the lake; especially in the morning…sunrise, lake, birds chirping, and coffee. The house was as promised the host was amazing to work with! We enjoyed walking down to the lake, the location to shopping, and the games / theater in the basement.

Nice game room

Game room was great - had something for all to do. Bed in lower level had a bug in the sheets - didn’t realize until son in law was bitten several times. Moved upstairs and all was good.

Couples Trips

The place is beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves.However, the description of th property was misleading. One of the first things we try to do ensure that that each couple has their own bathroom in their room. That wasn’t the case. We have some visitors from the outside and we didn’t have any pesticides spray to kill them. It wasn’t enough towels. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the backyard down to the lake is beautiful.

A wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a great family weekend on the lake with kids, adults and grandparents. The space was perfect to keep all ages entertained and feel like we had enough space for all. I highly recommend and Ray is a perfect host! Very responsive and made our experience wonderful!

Family Trip

We had a great time staying at Rays house with our family ranging in age between 2 and 72. The house is great, plenty of rooms and amenities and a beautiful walk down to the water. Ray was always quick to respond to any questions and I would definitely recommend staying!

Lake Fun

We stayed at the lake house for 7 nights with family ranging from 1-70 years of age. We had a fabulous time. We spent most of the time on the lake. We rented 2 jet skis which were so much fun, and some extra kayaks which were also a hit. The location was not busy. It felt like we had the lake to ourselves most of the time. The house was great. The kids loved the game room/ theater. There was plenty of space and sleeping areas for our big group. Thanks, Ray!

Fun Lake Home for Family & Friends

Great home with everything you need - from cooking, relaxing, hanging - nice kitchen w 2 fridges, several eating and hanging places. Nice deck and porch as well as a great basement. Dock, et is nice too - a little bit of hike to the water but not too bad. Quiet part of the lake which we loved and very clean!

Great home on the lake

We just loved staying at this home. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved that there were things to do inside when it was cold out and they had a great outside fire pit area. The owner was very communicative and pleasant. Fabulous stay!
