Serenity at the Lake with a Twist

Our beautiful rental property is now available for your week or weekend get away with family and friends located in a quiet community near Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia. This rental home is about one block from the lake and just outside the city limits, where parks, retailed stores and restaurants are located Approximately 5 miles away North Georgia Premium Outlets are 13mile away. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the 1st level. On the 1st level, the kitchen and living spaces are commodious and spacious with 2440sqft. During your stay you have access to a full kitchen and dinnerware, and a coffee maker. The home offers great outdoor sitting areas where you can unwind and relax and leave your troubles behind you for a couple of days. The basement is my favorite area by far in the home, this 2400sqft space has an entire entertainment area which includes a bar, air hockey table, pool table, dart board, and 2 multi-gaming consoles and a theater room. On the basement level, you will also find 2 additional sleeping areas, one with a full-size bed and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds for the kids and a full bathroom.

Amazing Place!

This house is fantastic and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We were a family of 9 spending time together before a bog move and the house had plenty of space and then some for all. Our host Marlon was great, responds quickly and takes care of what's needed. Truly a wonderful stay and I highly recommend.

Family friendly - never need to leave the house!

Husband, wife, and 3 (very responsible) college swimmers. Pool table, air hockey, darts, karaoke, movie screen, video games pre-loaded, lots of board games, and that's just the basement. Kitchen was fully-stocked. We had Thanksgiving for 10 people (5 were visitors), no worries. The floor plan was open...plenty of space to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and quite comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The guide for staying was clear and concise. There was a notebook full of restaurants and ideas to add to your stay. The neighborhood was on one street and quiet. Sitting in a rocking chair on the porch was so peaceful. In the backyard was a grill or two, a deck, and a fire pit we didn't use bc of the weather but I imagine it would be a wonderful gathering place. When outside briefly, we heard an owl and saw a few deer beyond the property. Lake Lanier is less than a couple of minutes away. Grocery stores and other shopping were under a 20 minute drive making it convenient when I had to restock our food twice, forgetting just how much college kids still eat! The aquarium, stadium, ball park, zoo, airport, and downtown Atlanta are less than an hour away, timing the traffic right. Our kids sent videos of the place to other teammates. I have since learned that most of the team suddenly wants to come to GA next year. I don't blame them. Luckily there isn't enough capacity. My wallet couldn't handle the grocery bill. You won't regret staying here.

Beautiful place!!!

This place was perfect for our family. There’s more than enough beds and the basement is perfect if you have a large family as the kids can stay downstairs and play in the game room and theater room while the adults can congregate upstairs. The only concern was the amount of spiders outside. But that could easily be fixed and really doesn’t have much to do with the accommodation. Will definitely book again if we come back to the area!!

Perfect House & Host

First, the house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen with bar seating and a table for 6, separate dining room seating for 6, living room with huge TV and a separate living room area. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom plus game area and a movie room with sofas and recliner. It's a great setup. Second, the owners have customer service down. There was frequent communication making sure everything was going great and making sure we had everything we need. The combination of a great house with great hosts makes this a perfect location.

Great Family Getaway

The rental was everything the posting said it would be. The teenagers and my husband enjoyed the game room and the theatre room as well. I enjoyed soaking in the garden tub. We originally planned to go to the lake, however weather was not permitting. Fortunately, There was plenty to do inside the house and everyone was content staying in. I highly recommend this rental.

Great house and location

We are a family with grown children & spouses, adults & a teen. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The game room and back yard are great places to gather and visit. We attended a graduation and wedding and it was nice to have a real home to come back to at night. Communication with the owner was great. Everything was clean and in great shape.

Great Weekend Getaway

Awesome property for a group of friends who haven't seen each other in a while, or a family looking to have a weekend full of fun and laughs. Whoever you decide to come with you will not be disappointed. Marlon is a fantastic owner, who communicates with you regularly, is extremely helpful, and will accommodate whenever possible. Kids were already asking about the next time we could stay here before we even backed out of the driveway!

Pros - Great comm. with host, entry/locks easy, plenty of parking, very clean throughout, kitchen had nice sel of pots/pans/toaster etc, nice master (tiny toilet:), rest of bedrooms and bunks were good, awesome basement with bar/pool table/Galaga (could lose the air hockey), movie room was very impressive Opps - Kitchen a little small, only main TV had YouTube TV working, Movie room had instructions but took a while to figure out Sugg - More pics of backyard (which was nice), same with grills

Perfect Place

This house was great! It had plenty of room for my family of 10 to sleep and spread out for some down time. The location was also great. We were not far from where our family lives and we were close to shopping. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been more hand soap and TP. We will definately stay at this house again! Thanks for letting us stay.
