    This family friendly Luxury house is located close to Downtown Gainesville,
    Northeast Georgia Hospital and Brenau University is near by and plenty of restaurants around,
    This gorgeous, house invites you to enjoy romantic evenings in a peacefully atmosfere relaxing by the fireplace and 70 inch TVs or on the patio watching the birds and deers.
    The space
    This house is a luxury Glamour style. All bedrooms are upstairs, must climb stairs. Safe neighborhood , near downtown Gainesville

    Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests.
    Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night.
    Infants under 2 years old stay free.
    This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies.
    This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals. Thank you for understanding!

We rented Chris’s place because my wife was scheduled for surgery, and we wanted to stay closer to the hospital since we live nearly two hours away. After discussing our options, we decided this rental would be the best fit.The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing photos. Chris was an excellent host and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Our stay was smooth and stress-free during an important time for our family.We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

My sister's 60th birthday

It was my sister's 60th birthday and we visited botanical gardens in Gainesville. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to alot of stores, malls and food. Everything was convenient and under 10 minutes away.

Would book it again

In town for work trip. Comfortable and clean. Lots of deer in the back in the evening. Other than the mugs not being microwave safe in spite of saying so (be careful!), we had a great stay and would stay again.

Lovely home, HOWEVER

We have stayed at two of Chris’s homes and they are lovely, as well as being in a beautiful area. However there are a couple things we were disappointed in. First, the house is not very well stocked at all. We had to wash towels daily in order to have clean towels. The kitchen is greatly lacking! No cutting knives, one dishtowel, no dishcloths, sponges etc, no toaster, no pan to scramble eggs….so we were having to make constant trips to the store each time we would try to cook something and didn’t have some basic items. The most frustrating part was that the ad said “entire house”. The day after we checked in, we realized that there is another rental in the basement of the house. One night Chris called us at 11:30pm to let me know the person downstairs tripped the peer and asked if we would go out to the garage to hit the breaker. Yes, we had to get out of bed to go do this. So beware if you stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Chris is an excellent host and great about communication. The house is beautiful and very clean. It looks just like the pictures! We would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful home to stay in! A very peaceful neighborhood. Love the deck! Sat and watched 6 deer for quite a while one evening. The host was excellent! Helped us when we locked ourselves out. I would definitely recommend this place.
