  • Gator Pool House is a fully remodeled, beautiful house, on a quiet, private cul de sac. The house is 1.5 miles from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

    The house has a private, screened-in, large pool and hot tub. It has the perfect gas fireplace that will take the chill off on those cooler evenings.

The house was very welcoming and clean. The outdoor space was perfect. The pool was perfect and warm. The beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic home. Fantastic amenities. The size of the house was awesome and the pool-hot tub area is very well done. One small thing: in a perfect world, it would have been nice to have a tv or two in the bedrooms, but overall, my stay was great! Highly recommend.

Awesome property, very close to University which worked out well for us! Also the pool was a major hit with the kiddos! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again ourselves! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great Location!

This property worked out perfectly for us. The location was perfect! Close to everything but tucked away in a cul-de-sac that felt completely private. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

House was exactly as described. Husband kept commenting on how quiet it was. Pool was relaxing after a long day moving my son into his dorm. Host was prompt answering questions, addressing request and providing access information.

Very surprise

From the moment we opened the door until the day we left, we were so happy with our stay here. The pictures do not do this house justice! We had plenty of room! It was clean and beautiful. The communication with the property manager regarding the heater for the hot tub was always answered promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was as good or better than advertised. It is on a quiet neighborhood street but still convenient to UF, grocery stores and etc. The inside was more spacious than expected.

Great place in a quiet location.

The place was spacious and clean. Checking in and out was easy. The pool and hot tub were nice but it required the the host to switch the heating from the pool to the hot tub daily and communication could take a few hours.

Necessary Stay

My daughter had surgery so we needed a place to stay from Iowa. We wanted a pool and hot tub. Beautiful place, well kept and guest conscious. We were a bit confused about the pool/hot tub heating but didn’t take away from our schedule. Such a big house I would have liked a broom to clean up any messes. I would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for accommodating out additional day.

Better than the listed

When we arrived at the house we were amazed with the quiet neighbourhood . Then when entering the home we were taken back with all the modern upgrades this home comes with . If you have a family you will not go wrong here . From the heated pool a spa to the spacious screened room it has it all . Thanks again we hope to return . What a great house! Lovely and in a beautiful area too! There were problems though, and while I reported some of these at the time (* I said this during my stay), never were they corrected: *Not enough outdoor seating - for a house that can hold 8, there were only 5 outdoor seats that were viable, not including one lounge chair that was broken in a heap upon arrival. They said they ordered but it would be delivered after we were gone! *Broken TP holders and towel racks, hanging off the wall in the primary suite. The explanation was that they’re always booked so they can’t get anyone in to fix it! Like pick a day and black it out. *Bathroom electrical in the primary suite doesn’t work. Checked the breakers and gfi too. No coffee filters and not enough tp, we were staying for more than a week with at least 4 of us there at a time - minor but annoyingThe lock was broken on one of the screen doors to the patio. Pool security and safety issue. *YOU SHOULD KNOW: the hot tub has NO JETS and is only controlled REMOTELY! You have to call or text to get it turned on, and then it’s rather scorching. One night we asked for it to be turned on, which we did well before 10:00, as the home’s manual said, but were ignored. I went back to the last communication I had with the owner and the customer service email is concealed? I asked him about it but he didn’t respond after almost 7 hours, so I’m leaving my comments here. Still a wonderful place!
