The space
Make your way up the stairs and into the lovely, covered entrance patio with historic stain glass windows overhead reclaimed from the oldest church in Gainesville.
Step inside and be greeted with soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and original polished oak floors that give the loft apartment its charming, homey feel.
The cozy living space is filled with a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs that surround the warm gas fireplace and Smart TV no cable with access to Netflix and other streaming apps – the perfect place for a movie night in with a big bowl of popcorn.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in fully equipped kitchen with custom oak cabinetry and all the basics including a full size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven, a microwave and a coffee maker along with everything you need to brew up a fresh aromatic pot of coffee to get your day started right.
Serve up meals at the eclectic dining table set for four, or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are many delicious restaurants and cafes all within a short walk away or order in and get your food delivered right to your door.
The master bedroom features a super comfortable queen bed topped with soft linen and bedding with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home with a spacious cedar lined closet.
