    - This 2-story townhome offers step-free entry. While it offers features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor
    - The community pool is not for guest use
    - The downstairs en-suite bathroom only has a shower. The toilet is in the separate half bathroom on level 1
    - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. There is 1 on each side of the front of the house facing the front entryway and 1 on the back of the house facing the back patio. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion, starting when motion is first sensed and ending 30 seconds after motion is last detected

Great place to stay

We were in Gainesville for a swim meet and I discovered this gem. We thoroughly enjoyed having 3 bedrooms for the price of a hotel room. It was convenient to the Oaks Mall. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Gainesville getaway.

This property Is extremely clean, welcoming, and stocked with everything you need especially for the showers and bathrooms. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Location of the property is wonderful. Beds are super comfortable. Definitely highly recommend for a stay in Gainesville.

Wonderful stay

This property was exactly what we needed for our family wedding weekend in Gainesville. It's close enough to restaurants and stores but the community is quiet. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable townhouse

Perfect space for our family with private bedrooms & baths for all. Clean and well appointed. We had a few minor issues but the property manager assured that all would be repaired or addressed prior to the next renter.

Location close to UF

We stayed 2 nights and the place is nice. The location is great for our activities near UF. For an older building, it works nicely. The larger bedrooms are upstairs. Communication with the host is easy and they respond quickly. It's not a fancy location but if you just need a place to sleep or hang out for a weekend, this is a great little spot.

Clean and met our needs. Hosts were communicative on the outset, but unable to contact them during the stay, which was puzzling. Everything as described. We were about 30 minutes away from our tournament at Eastson Newbury Sports Complex and easy to get to. Plenty of food options nearby. Handy to have a washer & dryer in the unit.

Did Its Job

We came in for UF game. This place did what it needed to do. It is pretty dated but clean. They provide lots of amenities like Keurig coffee, toiletries, paper towels , nice toilet paper etc. So we didn't have to run to the store for the stay. We had trouble with the door code but that was rectified immediately. The plugs in the two bedrooms upstairs wouldn't work even after GFI push and breaker switching. They did come immediately and fix this. Overall it was all ok.

Excellent choice.

My family and I stayed at this immaculate condo in a very convenient location to 2 separate malls, restaurants, etc. We chose this condo as it was close to a softball tournament in Newberry that my grandaughter had been invited to attend. I have never stayed in a condo with as many amenities as was supplied in this condo. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We only had one complaint and I did take it up with the contact person. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable. The couch made so much noise getting in and out of and the two side chairs were very uncomfortable. The kitchen chairs made terrible scrapping noises when you moved them. I told him even a felted pad under the legs would make so much of a difference. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. The photos do not show the age (& frankly) & cleanliness of this property. It is much more dated decor, the cheapness of EVERYTHING was clear. All items were likely purchased at the dollar store or secondhand shop. IE: the soaps and “amenities” in the bathrooms, kitchen … 4. The windows are so thin that it sounds like all the windows are open. The showers were dated. The furnace loud in downstairs bath. 5. Detergent for sheets, towels, etc… is scented. We now have 2 people w/itchiness & allergic reaction from this. As a note: it is kind to have laundry detergent for your guests. However, it should be allergen/fragrance free. Especially whatever you are using to clean linens with that will be up against someone’s skin. 6. The couch & chairs in the living room are completely uncomfortable. We were at an athletic competition for a good portion of the weekend. When we came back to relax, it was difficult at best to get comfortable. not enough room for all to be comfortable. 7. Washing machine had a tab stuck where someone put in prior to our stay. 8. Overall, it felt slightly unsafe and severely lacking.
