"This home was an excellent property so cozy, so centrally located to the beautiful wine country of North Georgia. Wish we had more time to explore this area. Can’t say enough about the home itself. It had everything we needed or wanted."

"Great house, great location. Walkable to downtown but we drove because I was pretty sure the steep hills would be too much for me. Lots of free parking options downtown. Such a sweet downtown! We also drove to Gibbs Gardens, about a 45 minutes drive. SO worth it! We'd definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely wonderful "cabin" with every amenity needed. It was in the 80's during our stay, so the temperture in the unit was perfect. Firepit was cozy and a good place to watch shooting stars. This is a must visit home. :-)"

"Wonderful Tiny Cottage located right outside the city of Athens, but a short distance to the university, downtown, and shopping areas. The cottage is well-stocked, comfortable with a nice size bathroom and shower. At the back is a private sitting area. Plus Hannah is a wonderful host that will answer your questions promptly!"
