Along the picturesque coastal road that winds gently from Otranto toward Santa Maria di Leuca lies Villetta Cipolliane, a charming little villa clad in stone with a unique view of the sea. The property’s name was not chosen at random, as from here you can admire the Sentiero delle Cipolliane, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Salento. The property, which was built very recently, is divided into two sections with separate, independent entrances and a convenient shared parking area right in front of the house. On the terrace, you can enjoy the charm of countless sunrises; in fact, the property features a spacious, furnished terrace where you can comfortably unwind and savor moments of complete relaxation. The property features a beautiful living room with a kitchen overlooking the sea, a single sofa bed, and a TV. The sleeping area, cooled by an air conditioner in the hallway, consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. At the rear of the property, there is an additional private, furnished outdoor area featuring a table with chairs and a shower, accessible both from the double bedroom and via a side outdoor passageway. A security deposit of 300 euros is required at check-in: provided there is no damage to the property, the full amount will be refunded at check-out.
