On the coastal road connecting Santa Maria di Leuca with Otranto, this stunning villa is nestled amid the lush Mediterranean scrub, surrounded by a picturesque and peaceful pine forest with a breathtaking view of the sea!!<br><br>Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a breathtaking nighttime panorama and a spectacular sunrise from the terraces.<br><br>The villa features ample outdoor space where you can host small get-togethers or barbecues with friends, using the grill and pool.<br><br>The villa consists of two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds—two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room.<br><br>It features an antique style with hand-carved furniture, yet also incorporates modern touches that blend perfectly to create a mix of history and contemporary design.<br><br>As for getting around and the available amenities, I recommend renting a car or, better yet, driving your own vehicle, since the villa is located on the outskirts, 2 km from the town center.<br><br>However, if you take the coastal road, you’ll find numerous restaurants and bars where you can enjoy simple, authentic seafood dishes!!
