I was surprised I was then charged $1500 for the 5 days I reserved through Expedia and already paid for. I explained to the front desk employee I had already paid through Expedia but she was adamant I did not pay and made no other attempt to confirm that I had. "Stayed here on two separate occasions and both times were great experiences. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also loved the convenient location."

"Overall experience was good. Rooms could use some deep cleaning in corners and minor updates such as new soap dishes. Clean crud out of corners. Each room should have a broom handy to sweep up sand as needed. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to get new towels twice and I emptied our trash and it sat outside our door for 2 days. Staff was great even though many walked around vaping weed all day."

"Really like this property, the staff were so friendly and answered any questions you may have. The only downside is the room was on old side and our room smelled like old smoke. Had to spray the Lysol and scent sprays. Other than that everything was so convenient in walking distance. I appreciated they had a center where you can rent wheelchairs & scooters right next to the property. Which made everything so good. Will go there again!"

"Checking in was the only thing that went well, and the view of the beach. I had to check out a night early because my family and I couldn't take it. When we first walked in it was humid and very ran through but we just went with it. Then we started picking up weird smells. The night that we left we found a bunch of trash under the sofa and AC units, very disappointing on finding that on our last night. Then we left for a couple of hours and come back to roaches crawling around the bathroom....
