Grand Hotel Scarborough
"Arrived in the heat wave Saturday 23rd May. View from the room No43 was directly out across the bay, 2 floors down from reception level, the lift was slow and small. "It was not what was on the website when we arrived there was no one to meet us to say which cottage we were staying in I tried calling but no one replied I phone a number that was on a van parked in the carpark who then got in touch the with the gentleman who runs the cottage’s we should of entered ..."

"No breakfast menu would of been better witha seperate sink in room and bigger bin to put things in but lovely bed abit sweeky but lovely and clean room loved my stay would stay again"
