"We had a generally decent stay, with some definite positives and a few irritations. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The shower had good water pressure and didn’t leak.
That said, there were some drawbacks. Annoyingly, there was no safe in the room, which felt like an oversight. Worst of all, 3 out of the 4 plug sockets stopped working;...

"This was the main reason i picked here because of the reviews for breakfast and I was not disapointed. Everything you could want l, micrure of hot and cold breakfast. Bacon lovely and small quiches. Full up till late aftertnoon. Wife loved the cakes.
We stayed at economy double had evrythibg you wanted and good toiletries to use. Great location for old town"

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and we love it. Our room was cleaned and quiet. It has all the amenities we need. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellman. He helped my husband with the Uber booking and spotting the Uber vehicle because the hotel entrance is located at the junction of the traffic lights. One of the Uber drivers even quit on us when he saw the traffic even though he has arrived. He drove passed us even and stopped at the junction waiting for the green...

"They have a night club on Fri and sat until 3am. Even though we changed rooms on Saturday, it was still so bad and could blow sleep. Unbelievable that such a luxury hotel world have this issue. We were in the 3rd floor too
