The accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favourite meals even during a city break. The space has been carefully organised to offer maximum comfort, without compromising practicality, and also features air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout the year.



Upon entering, you will be greeted by a modern and welcoming atmosphere, with decor designed to convey tranquillity after a day exploring the city. Here, you will find everything you need to feel truly at home.



There is still a common courtyard in the building available to all our guests, ensuring greater convenience during longer stays.



The location is one of the main highlights of this accommodation: situated in one of the most privileged areas of Funchal, you will be just a few minutes away from the stunning seafront and the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Lavradores Market and the unforgettable Old Town. Beautiful apartment with some opportunities for improvement

The apartment is really nice and spacious, and the hosts were attentive, the communication overall was really good. The kitchen was really well equipped. The location was great, very close to the city center. There is no parking provided, but you can leave the car in a parking house approx. 700m away. At some evenings and nights, there was noise coming from the street (sounded like drunk / overly happy people). We like to sleep with an open window, so we could hear it. For us, it didn't mean an issue, but for a light sleeper / family could be a problem. There was no space to hang our jackets by the entrance, or to hang the kitchen towels. It's a minor detail that in no way made us unhappy, just a little thing that could be improved easily and make the apartment perfect. Also, at the day of check-in, we had only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for a week-long stay. I am sure we could have solved that by texting the property managers, but we didn't want to be in touch with anyone, so we bought our own. Overall, the stay was really pleasant, the hosts really nice and the apartment was beautiful and precisely like on the pictures. There were only few little details that if fixed, the overall evaluation would be 10/10. This way it's "only" 9,5/10. Thank you all, our stay was lovely!

Well-equipped apartment in prime location

We enjoyed our last week in Funchal at this property. The central location of this apartment made it easy to walk to the lower parts of the city, restaurants and shopping, and provided easy access to all forms of public transport. The bathroom/shower was good with ample hot water. WiFi was of adequate speed and reliable. The furniture, including bed, was comfortable without compromising open floor space. Only problem was a few loud drunkards in the street outside at 3AM-4AM Saturday & Sunday that woke us.

in the heart of Funchal

The property is exactly as described. The customer service from the local agent was faultless. I would prefer individual ironing facilities rather than shared equipment, but this is a very minor point. There is no a/c and if you have to sleep with the windows open there is some traffic noise, but it is the centre of town so this is not a surprise. Would recommend

Altstadtwohnung neu renoviert

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, jederzeit ist ein Stadtbummel zu Fuss möglich, der Blick ging direkt in die schönen Altstadtgassen von Funchal wo diverse sehr gute Restaurants uns verwöhnten. Sie ist Ideal für ein Paar, sie war sauber und alles nötige vorhanden ( kein Backofen, war aber auch nicht nötig) Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und einen Parkplatz für 5 E im Tag im Parkhaus ( 10 Min Fussweg), dies war praktisch da es in der Altstadt nur wenige Parkplätze gibt
