Apartment with an area of 100 m2 on the 6th floor of a building with an excellent location and easy access, in the most touristic and privileged area of Funchal, 200 meters from the sea, next to the Forum Shopping Center, Promenade and close to the beaches: Formosa, Lido, Doca do Cavacas and Ponta Gorda.
The apartment has a suite and a bedroom, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes and wooden floors, two complete bathrooms, entrance hall, lounge with large sofas and dining area, large fully equipped kitchen and table for small meals, sunroom and balcony with table and chairs to relax, have a drink and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
It has a parking space in the building's garage, Wi-Fi and cable TV.
The location is ideal, in a hot area with plenty of sunshine all year round, with several restaurants and lively bars, cinemas, massage centers, supermarkets and all trade in general.
Possibility of access to a private club by the sea 200 meters away, taking advantage of its bathing facilities, Atlantic pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (Optional)
The historic city center is easily accessible by public transport or on foot, enjoying a pleasant walk of about 15 to 20 min.
It is the ideal choice for a holiday with friends and family.

The apartment was in a great location for exploring the island, but also for going to the sea. The best part was that the apartment had a private parking space. Close to the shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Lovely hosts that gave us a warm welcome to madeira!

Very nice apartment in a very nice location

The apartment is very spacious, light and clean, on the top floor with all the services nearby. Very close to the Forum Shopping Centre and swimming areas. The hosts are very nice and friendly, met us on check-in and provided local information and guidance. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!!

This was such a great location and I cant say enough about Marina and her husband. They were so welcoming! They let us try Madeira wine while we chatted about the things to do: we were given a small hand drawn map and names of great restaurants. She left us fruit and water and we were so at home there and so happy! We will always have a souvenir to remember Marina and Madeira! If you are considering, consider no longer and book!!!

Wonderful hosts - good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Funchal. Property was just as expected. The place is a bit of a walk to the centre - which worked well for us. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Met us at the place and gave us a quick tour of the area. Highly recommend!

Spacious and gracious

This was a last-minute booking and we were thankful to be able to stay at this property. Initially we were to have stayed closer to the city center, and this property is away from the congestion of the city. There are pros and cons to being that far out, but you can definitely walk to the city center and old town, take a bus or taxi. There is something to be said for being away from the hustle and bustle of all the other tourists and we found all the neighborhood cuisine quite enjoyable. Marina and Joseph couldn’t be more welcoming and they offered their recommendations and assistance to us which was greatly appreciated. They were very warm and kind and appreciated all the feedback we gave them and seemed sincere in wanting us to enjoy our stay to the fullest. I would definitely consider returning to this property if I ever have the wonderful opportunity of returning to Funchal again

Beautiful! We loved it!

The apartment is beautiful, we loved everything. Its location is the best to stay in Funchal. There's a shopping center just at the corner, it's very close to the sea if you want to go to the beach. You have Lido promenade to take an enjoyable walk or run, with also some nice restaurants in the area. The owners are lovable and very attentive people.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful house, great decoration and very comfy. These were the main factores, among others, that made us fall in love with the house. There’s a supermarket just 3 minutes away by foot and downtown is also close enough to get there by foot without getting yourself tired. We highly recommend staying here! Besides, Marina is the best host you can get, we felt very welcomed! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again soon.
