"A true gem in the Valley. We were sad to only have one day. Had we known of the wonderful sights, we would have planned a longer stay. The property was a perfect location to base a visit to the many activities in this Austrian valley. Para sailing was a big activity and fun to watch - and maybe try next time! The multi- pass we received as part of the VIP pkg was a nice surprise and we used it as time allowed. The kitchen at the resort was a highlight and not to be missed. We would return for...

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
